Y/n POV

Finally, you were free.

The weight that was lifted from your chest almost made you choke as you took your first step outside the prison. You fell to you knees, grabbing a handful of the dirt.

"Y/n, y/n, we have to go. We can't stay here." Quackity quickly helped you off the ground and the two of you ran into the forest before anyone saw. You stumbled over your feet for the first few steps.

You both ran the entire way to Quackity's new country. You held Sam's crown to you head the whole time. As soon as your feet hit sand, you knew you could stop running.

"Quackity..." You were at a loss for words as you gazed upon the flashing lights of a sign that read Las Nevadas. He took your hand and began running down the pavement toward the main building.

"Where did all of this come from?" You asked out of breath, stopping in front of the casino.

"Welcome to Las Nevadas!" Quackity threw his arms out and slowly spun in a circle, showing all of the accomplishment. "I wanted something of my own. Something for me and my friends."

"This... This is amazing, Quackity. You did this all by yourself?" You slowly turned, briefly scanning all of the nearby buildings.

"Yeah. All myself." He said with a chuckle, gazing at his work as well. "Hey, there's something I want to show you."

"There's a lot to show me!" You joked as Quackity led you behind the giant casino.

"But I made this just for you."

Your eyes laid upon a sunflower field that seemed to go on forever. You put your hand to your mouth, tears forming in your eyes at the site.

"You did this just for me?" You asked between breaths, trying to keep yourself together.

"I remembered you telling me about your mother and the meals you shared by your sunflower field. I wanted you to have something here." Quackity wrapped his arms around as you thanked him.

You thanked him once more and wiped your eyes. Quackity showed you a few more of the buildings and decided to save the rest of the tour for another time when you both were well rested.

"I have a room for you in my house." Quackity said with a smile after you told him you were exhausted.

"Will I eventually have to make my own place?"

"Not if you don't want to. You will always be welcome in my home." He opened the door of a large structure, and you stepped inside.

"Can I ask you something?" You turned to Quackity as he closed the door.

"We can talk over dinner."

"I do need to get out of this prison suit. Can you show me the room?"

"Of course"

Quackity led you upstairs to a room all the way down the hall. The room prepared for you was very nice and well furnished.

"This room is too nice, Quackity." You spoke as your pulse grew faster. You felt nervous about staying in his house.

"Well, it's nice compared to the prison cell you were in. Take it easy. Come downstairs when you're ready, I'll get dinner started." Quackity left your room and made his way downstairs.

You studied the room and it's belongings. The bed was in the center of the room with book shelves surrounding both sides. It had a warm feeling, bringing a sense of familiarity of your old room in your house.
