Olivia reunites with Erica, Boyd, and Isaac as they join Derek's pack.Brandon ifnds out about the supernatural and joins the Hale pack. While at Lydia Martin's birthday party she hallucinates her dead mother repeatedly ripping out her lungs. After finding out Jackson was the kanima she did her best to protect him and try to save him. After finding out Lydia resurrected Peter, Olivia helps her brothers and uncle come up with a plan to turn Jackson into a werewolf.

Olivia and Brandon were skipping school this day because of a mono outbreak which they thought was weird but whatever. Their mom couldn't take them to work and Liv couldn't go with Derek so Scott and Lydia took them to school with them. Scott's gym class was doing the climbing wall and it was Erica's turn. Olivia tries to object to coach but he waves her off. She watches in fear for her best friend as she begins to panic. Once Allison tells coach Erica is epileptic he finally decides to have her come down. After jumping down everyone starts to laugh at her.
"Hey assholes, shut the hell up unless you all want me to kick your asses into next month" Olivia shouts causing everyone to quite down and she and Brandon quickly follow Erica.

A little while later Olivia and Brandon sense something wrong so they run into the gym only to see Erica climbing the rock wall before she begins to have a seizure. Before she hits the ground Olivia tried to catch her only for both if them to hit the ground as Scott and the other rush in.
"Put her on her side" Allison tells her once she sees Erica
"I know what to do Argent" Olivia snaps at her as she and Brandon put Erica's on her side. "It's ok. We're right here Erica." she whispers
"How did you know?" Allison asks Scott
"I felt it" he responds "Liv, B, how did you know?" he questions
"I-I don't know" Brandon stutters
"Pack pain" Liv mumbles in realization

After Erica leaves with Derek, as Olivia is walking home she feels a pull and finds herself running to an abandoned train station. It's there she finds a newly transformed Isaac, Erica, and Brandon along with her older brother
"Anything you want to tell me?" Brandon asks as he crosses his arms over his chest. Tears build in her eyes and she goes to reach out to him but he pulls away
"I'm so sorry. I thought I was protecting you" Olivia says
"Protecting me by hiding things from me? We don't keep secrets Liv" Brandon yells
"I didn't want you to die" Liv yells back "My whole family burned in a fire, set by the family of my adoptive brothers girlfriend. It takes everything in me not to want to take revenge. Revenge for taking my family away. For taking my mother away. I don't want to lose my best friend too" Liv sobbed causing Brandon to pull her into a hug
"I'm so sorry Liv" Brandon apologies
"I'm sorry too" Liv says before pulling away as she wipes her eyes "You smell different"
"Huh?" Brandon asks as Derek approaches them
"He smells different. Not like the others. He doesn't smell like a wolf" Olivia informs
"That's because he's a coyote. Like you" Derek states causing Olivia to smile
"That's so cool" Brandon and Liv say in unison before doing their handshake

"Do you see the piece of crap jeep I drive?" Olivia and Brandon hear Stiles say as they walk over sit with her friend, Veron Boyd, at lunch.
"Do you see the piece of crap bus he takes" Liv states as she shoves Stiles over so she and Brandon can sit down before reaching into her bag and giving her friend a brownie. "Hey Vernie"
"Hey Liv, Hey Brandie" Boyd replies as they do their handshake that they made up a few years ago

"A master? the Kanima seeks a master?" Stiles asks in disbelief
"I could have told you that" Olivia says as she and Brandon snuck up on her brother and his best friend causing them to jump in surprise
"You can read archaic latin?"Stiles asks in beweilderment as he calmed down
"Sane possum" Olivia responds while rolling her eyes before leaving with brandon 'Of course I can'
"And speak it?" He shouts after them

Olivia walks over to Derek as he fell on the floor.
"I'm sorry but this is too funny" Olivia says before she starts laughing. She feels a prick on her neck and her hand flys up to it. She looks up at Matt with a glare.
"1 That's Rude. 2 Ow" she states as she looks at him before turning to Jackson "3 Screw you Jack" she says before walking over to a chair and sitting down "jerks" she mumbles under her breathe. Matt, Derek, Stiles and Jackson, who is in Kanima form all look at her in exasperation. "what?" she questions and they just shake their head.

After Matt died, Peter came back to life on the night Jackson "died" at the football game.
"Little while back he tried to kill us all so we set him on fire and Derek slashed his throat" Scott says as Olivia ran into the locker room
"Hi" Peter says
"Good to know" Isaac states as Olivia jumps onto Peter's back and clings to him like a koala
"He didn't try to kill me because i'm his favorite" She tells the group of 4
"Yes you are Oli" Peter tells her as he smiles at her while Derek rolls his eyes at his sister's obvious favoritism toward their uncle and not him
