Kol's POV
It's been a week, and we found out that a girl is being hidden in the city. The witches decided to work with us. Nik had turned wolves into hybrids, so we can have them handy when a fight decides to start.Anyway, I'm in the kitchen right now. Drinking a blood bag.
Elijah came into the kitchen and said, " See that's what you are supposed to be drinking. Not off the servants."
I said, " Dammit, 'Lijah. How did you know?"
He said, " Caroline seen you feeding off the servant, and told me."
I said, " Bloody tattletale."
Elijah laughed, and left the kitchen.
I sped out of the kitchen, and up to Niks and Caroline's room. They've been in their room all bloody day. I opened the door, and seen Caroline dressed, while Nik is sitting in their bed.
I said, " Caroline!"
Caroline looked at me, and said, " Kol, I know what you are thinking. But I'm just doing whats best for you. Do you want to get caught feeding, and then Marcel knows we are here?"
I said, " I don't bloody Care about Marcel or his blood rules!"
Nik sped in front of Caroline, and said, " Kol, don't even think about it."
I said, " She's the one that started it!"
Caroline said, " Elijah had to know, you can just be feeding off of the help."
I huffed, and sped downstairs. I went to the front door, when Rebekah stood there with her arms crossed. She said, " Where do you think you're going?"
I said, " I'm going out."
She said, " Mhm."
I said, " Move."
She sighed, and moved. I sped outside, and got in my car, and drove into the quarter. The sun is starting to go down. We were stuck at the house, all day, cause Elijah wouldn't let us go into the quarter, we'll I don't bloody care anymore. I don't like being back here in this bloody city.
I got out of the car, when I parked inside the quarter, by Rousseau's. I went inside, and sat down at the bar. I said, " Bourbon."
The bartender nodded, and then returned with my drink. I downed it, and she refilled my glass.
I took a sip, and someone sat next to me. I looked, and it's none other than Marcellus. I said, " Marcellus, long time, no see."
He said, " What brings you to the quarter?"
I said, " A drink."
He said, " Where's the rest of the gang? Usually yous are all together."
I said, " They are here, around, somewhere. Maybe they are right behind you."
He turned around, and I laughed. He looked at me, and said, " Hilarious, Kol."
I said, " I figured you were still afraid of Nik."
He said, " I'm not afraid of anybody. I'm the King!"
I laughed, and said, " That's funny, Marcellus. You aren't even a prince, more like a little joker."
He said, " I'm in charge of this city."
I downed my drink, and laid a couple bills on the bar, and stood. I laughed, and said, " Whatever, Marcellus."
He said, " Where are you going?"
I said, " I'm going to take a walk in MY FAMILY'S CITY!"
He glared at me, and I smirked. I walked outside of the bar, and walked down the street.
I ended up walking by St. Anne's Church. I looked at the church, and seen a light in the attic, and someone looked outside. I couldn't see the person very well, but they had the amazing set of brown eyes. Those eyes looked familiar.
It took me five minutes, but I remembered where I've seen those eyes before. That girl from my visions, had those amazing brown eyes. I sped inside the church, and found the stairs that lead to the attic.
I went up the stairs, and seen the attic door. I knocked, no answer. I turned the knob, and the door opened. I couldn't go inside, like I wasn't invited in.
I seen the girl, by a candle, lighting it. She seen me, and put her hand up in defense. I raised my hand, and said, " Hey. I'm not here to hurt you, darling."
