Dear Perrie

Chapter 7

It had been a week now since I'd been kicked out of the house. I had been trying my best to avoid Perrie at all costs. I knew I was basically getting what I wanted by her wanting to be in a relationship with me, but I knew it was wrong. She was a really sweet girl and Zayn loved her. How could I come between that again? The first time I had no idea she had feelings for me so it wasn't completely my fault, but now I knew and now I was doing it on purpose. I didn't know what to do and thinking of this distracted me from work and things that had to be done. Just as I looked back down at the paperwork in front of me Perrie walked in.

"Hey Jade." she said. I looked up at her and she gave me a smile.

"Hi." I replied.

"We really need to talk."

"About what?"

"About us."

"Well what about us?"

"Jade seriously. I'm tired of waiting."

"I know."

"I want an answer. Do you want to be together or not?"

"I'm going to be honest. Of course I want us to be together, but we can't."

"Why can't we?"

"Because of Zayn."

"Well he doesn't need to know what we do."

"Perrie either you're with me or him you can't have both."

"So you're saying if I leave him maybe we could be together?"

"Maybe, but I won't be in a relationship with you knowing that you're with someone else at the same time i just can't do that. You need to think about who you really want to be with."

"Then I've got a lot of thinking to do." she said and walked out.

Later that afternoon Perrie had been asked to go to a different office for records or something I wasn't sure, but I knew she'd be back tomorrow.

I looked up when the door opened not knowing who it could be since Perrie had left. When they walked in I saw clearly that it was Zayn. I could tell there was some disappointment in his face that I was the one here and I myself was disappointed because I wished it could of been anyone else.

"Hey.." he said.

"Hi." I replied and looked back down at my work.

"I came to see Perrie."

"Well she's not here."

"I'm aware. Do you know where she is?"

"No all I know is that she had to go to a different office this afternoon." I said and he nodded. "Is there anything else you need?"

"Actually yea." he began and I looked up at him."

"Jade we need to talk." he began.

"About what?" I asked as he shut the door behind him.

"Well about everything that has happened. I know you and I never were close and I know that we never really sat down to have a conversation or anything, but I think now's the time."

"Okay so what do you even want to talk about?"

"Well I want to apologize about everything that's happened."

"Honestly I should be apologizing about everything. Especially about what just happened."

"I was angry about it, but I just want you to know I'm over it.:

"That fast?"

"Well it still bothers me, but I know that Perrie's mine and you were just a bump in the road."

"Ok so you just came over here to tell me that Perrie is yours?"

"Well no I came so I could tell you I'm over everything."

"Well that's great. Now if you could leave that'd be wonderful." I said.

"I"ll leave, but before I do I want you to know that I will make sure Perrie sees what you're really like. You're so sweet to her and everything, but I see right through you. You're evil."

"I'm evil. Okay if you say so." I said with a small laugh.

Later that day I had finally gotten back to my hotel room and I was exhausted. All I wanted was to take a warm shower, order some room service, and watch TV. I set my purse down on the bed and grabbed some clean sweats. I walked into the bathroom and undressed. I got into the tub and took a long warm shower. The warm water had felt amazing against my back.

After my shower I had ordered a small pizza from room service. I knew I should be eating healthy, but I'd been craving pizza for a while now. I laid in bed and turned on the tv. I went through the channels and as usual there was nothing good on so I grabbed my laptop and went on Netflix. I put on Once Upon A Time since it was one of the best shows and I had a lot of catching up to do with this show.

A few minutes later I felt my phone vibrate. I picked it up and looked down at the name. It was Perrie so I decided to answer.

Hey, I really need to talk..-P

What's wong? -J

It's about me and Zayn..-P

Well what happened? -J

Can I go over to your hotel so we can talk in person? I really need a friend right now. -P

Sure -J

I put my phone down and wondered what could of happened between her and Zayn? After what happened between me and Perrie and him kicking me out I'm sure it had nothing to do with me so why was I so worried about this having to deal with me?

I soon heard a knock on the door which I expected would finally be my pizza, but as I opened the door I saw Perrie there with tears in her eyes.

"Hey." she said.

"Hey. Come in." I replied and she walked inside and sat on the bed. I sat beside her and gave her a tight hug. "What happened?"

"Well when I got home Zayn was there waiting for me and I had gotten there later than usual so he was questioning me on where I had been. I told him I was working at a different office today and it was further from home and he didn't believe me. He honestly thought I was with you."

"Oh. Maybe you should know that he came by the office today."

"What happened?"

"Well he started telling me things like he was going to get you to see the real me and that I'm evil. Stupid things like that."

"I see."

"Yea he was pretty stupid."

"He's been acting crazy ever since that night."

"Well I honestly don't blame him." I said. "I mean what if we were together and I invited someone to stay with us and you find me and that person in bed."

"Well I wouldn't feel to good about that, but I wouldn't act like he is."

"All I can say is that if you're not happy with him then leave him. You shouldn't have to suffer in the relationship because of a mistake."

"You're right. I think I'm going to break up with him."
