Kocho was in her office, in the Butterfly Mansion, when she remembered the conversation she had with Tomioka earlier that day. "Oh, right.." She accidentally says out loud, Kanao Tsuyuri turns and looks at her. "Master-Kocho?" Kocho snaps out of her thoughts and looks at Kanao.
"Yes, Kanao-San?" She replies, "Are you okay? You spoke your thoughts out loud." Kocho smiles, "I'm fine. Just remembered something is all." Aoi Kanzaki walks into the room, with a basket in her hand and looks over at Kocho and Kanao. "May I ask what it is? You seem to be on edge." Aoi slightly smiles.
"That's new." She slightly giggles putting the basket down, Kocho smiles again, looking at Aoi, then turns and looks at her lap. "Just something Tomioka-San told me," Kanao slightly turns her head, "What was it?" Kocho turns around in her chair, putting her notepad down on her desk, then turning back around.
"Well.. He told me.. He has memory loss.." Kocho musters out, shocking the two girls in the room. She looks up from her lap to see the girls equally as shocked. "Tomioka-San.. Has memory loss?!" Aoi yells out, in an extremely confused tone. "What?!" The girls hear Kanroji Mitsuri yell.
After a few seconds, all the Hashira step in the room, minus Tomioka. "Tomioka-San has memory loss? I didn't expect that." Kyojuro Rengoku mumbles, a smile on his face as usual. Kocho sighs and nods, "How'd you find out? The guy doesn't talk to anyone." Obanai Iguro questioned.
"I took him into my office earlier, we started talking about siblings and I asked if he had any, and.. he said he couldn't remember if he did or not.." Iguro's eyes slightly soften at the explanation, while Mitsuri slightly lowers her head. "So.. Tomioka-San has memory loss the whole time.. and never told any of us?.." She mumbles out.
"He said he didn't want to bother us with his own problems.." Tengen Uzui leans back against the wall, "He knows we all have our own problems, so he didn't want to push his on us.." Mitsuri's eyes, visibly start to water. After a few seconds, everyone hears a sigh from the doorway.
"Well.. Now everyone knows.." Tomioka mumbles, walking out of the doorway, "They would have found out eventually, Giyuu." Ubuyashiki comments, his arm attached to Tomioka's so he doesn't fall. "I'm surprised you managed to get him to tell you, Shinobu." Kocho smiles, when something visibly comes into her mind.
She turns around and grabs her pen and notebook, then turns back around and faces Tomioka. "Tomioka-San. When you heard that voice and saw that figure, what did they look like? From what you could see." Kocho questions, making everyone, except her and Tomioka, visibly confused.
"May I ask, what are you talking about?" Sanemi Shinazugawa, rudely says, Kocho turns and looks at him. "When we were talking, I did something and he saw and heard another person. We think, that the person he saw did the same thing I did, when Tomioka-San was younger." Mitsuri slightly smiles.
"It's good that you got back a piece of his memory!" Iguro nods in agreement with the girl. "Thank you, Kocho. I've been trying for years.." Ubuyashiki smiles, Kocho smiling back, then turning to Tomioka. "Alright, Tomioka-San. What did they look like?" She questions again.
Tomioka slightly lowers his head, "Her voice was young.. I'd say 12.. She was a girl.. She had a fully white outfit and orange hair.. I think she had green eyes.." He explains, while Kocho writes in her notebook. "Anything else?" Tomioka shakes his head.
"Alright." She mumbles, "Did you see her face?" Tomioka shakes his head once again, "Ooh!" Mitsuri squeals, grabbing a mirror and looking at herself in it. Everyone looked over at Mitsuri, a visible smile spread across Iguro's face, while everyone else either chuckled, or sighed, all except Kocho, Tokito Muichiro and Tomioka.
After a few seconds, Tomioka's head started to hurt once again, as well as his stomach. In another few seconds, Tomioka started to see a figure of someone else in Mitsuri's place, *Who is she?.. Why is she taking Mitsuri-San's place?.. Why does she look so much like me?..* Tomioka slightly panics.
A few minutes pass, then the figure disappears. "Tomioka-San?" Tomioka hears Kocho's voice, as the girl fully fades away. Tomioka starts to blink again and sees Kocho waving her hand in his face. "Woo-Hoo? Tomioka-San? Are you okay?" You were staring at Mitsuri-San for awhile."
"I.. saw someone.." He mumbles, Kocho slightly tilts her head. "You saw someone?" She questioned, as she visibly starts to think, "Maybe.. You got back another memory!" Kocho says excitedly, then looks over at Mitsuri. "That would mean, Mitsuri-San got back another memory." Kocho smiles, then looks back at Tomioka.
"Yay!" Mitsuri squeals, Iguro looks over at her and smiles again. Uzui crosses his arms and closes his eyes, "Seems to be only girls have brought back memories so far." He observes, Tomioka looks up at the taller male and once again, sees an image of another person, in Uzui's place.
"Tomioka-San? You alright?" Tomioka hears Mitsuri say, he shakes his head and faces down. "Another.. Person?.." He mumbles, "Another one?" Shinazugawa questions. Rengoku looks up at Uzui and then back down at Tomioka, smiling.
"Seems lime Tengen-San also got back a memory." Uzui smiles, while Iguro tilts his head, "'Tengen-San'? When we're you two on a first name basis?" Rengoku looks over at the male, "We're best friends. What do you expect." Iguro gives a look of disbelief, but doesn't push farther and focus's on Tomioka.
"We both got memories back, Uzui-San!" Mitsuri smiles, Uzui looks at the female and nods, "What did they look like, Tomioka-San?" Kocho asks, running over to her notebook and pen, to write down notes. "Uhm.. The one I saw on Mitsuri-San.. Looked like me.." He mumbles.
Kocho turns around, notebook and pen in hand, "Like you? How much like you?" She questions, "Same hair, eyes and she had the red half of my Haori.." Kocho writes, as Tomioka speaks, "What about the other person you saw? On Uzui-San?" Tomioka lowers his head.
"Male, white hair, white outfit and I think.. blue eyes.." He explains, Kocho nods and finishes writing, then looks up at the male. "Okay.. Well, I think we should all head to bed." Kocho says, putting her pen and notebook down.
"It's late, we can pick up on this tomorrow. Give Tomioka-San's memory a break." She smiles, everyone nods in agreement. "Mhm.." Mitsuri yawns, "I'm very sleepy.." She mumbles, Kocho slightly giggles, as the Hashira leave.
Before Tomioka leaves, Kocho grabs his arm, "Would you like any painkillers?" Tomioka shakes his head and turns back around, "I'll be fine.. Night Kocho-San." Kocho waves, "Night, Tomioka-San." Tomioka leaves the Butterfly Mansion and Kocho heads for her room, also ready to go to sleep.
