"thank you, have a nice day" danielle smiled at a customer until they turned around and her smiled dropped. her cheeks were starting to hard from fake smiling at customers all day but she didn't want them to think she was stuck up and rude.
instead of only stocking up and doing things at the back with orders she was doing a little bit of everything, but today she wanted to run one of the cash registers.
she looked down at her phone texting in the groupchat with anna and dallas. it was clear as day that ben was gonna turn anna back straight from the moment they saw eachother. anna liked ben but she took a little bit of liking in girls.
the bell rung indicating that someone came in the store and dani spoke. "hello, how you doing" she said loud enough so they could hear her still looking down at her phone.
she scrunched her face up not hearing them say anything back looking up from her phone seeing kassen walking towards her. he had on a black givenchy windbreaker, black pants and his high top pine green ones. his hood was slightly over his head and his pants hunged low a little.
he came up to danielle and grabbed her face softly kissing her lips from behind the countertop. taking in his scent that was mixed with weed and cologne she smiled.
"hi baby" she mumbled after pulling away rubbing her hands across his cheek.
"wassam" he said leaning his body up against the counter. " you supposed to be working and over hea' smiling at yo phone. who you texting" he asked.
"dallas and anna, they were talking bout her and ben" she sigh putting all her weight on one leg. "what's all that" she questioned looking at the papers that were in his hands.
"i went and talked to boomer. he gave me the dna papers and shit, the baby was never kings own it was his. somehow they got a dna test while she was pregnant" he said putting the papers on the counter and dani picked them up.

"woww, so why the hell would boomer kill his babymother and his unborn child" she asked looking at the papers seeing it say the baby was 99.9% boomer's.
"when you in the streets and somebody trynna set you up don't nobody give a fuck about no babymomma and unborn child if you want yo life" he told her and dani looked up at him slowly tiliting her head. "so- "
