Rachel's POV

"Let me take a look at your scar." I said with a smile but the 7 years old boy was just crying.

"No." The boy said while crying and pushing my hand away from his forehead.

"Hindi naman 'to masakit. Please let me take a look." I said again with a smile.

"No." The boy is still crying so I remembered I had two pieces of candy in my pocket.

"Do... You want this candies?" I suddenly asked him as I show my palm with candies.

"If you let us treat you, I'll give you this candies. I know you want this. Can I take a look at it now?" When suddenly the boy stopped crying and nodded.

"Okay. Good boy." I handed the candies to him and started to look at his wound.

While I was treating this baby boy Moira suddenly came with her arms crossed and she even lying on the vacant hospital bed.

"Are you dating Doctor Reyes again?" Moira calmly asked so I immediately looked at her.

"Who told you that? Did Doctor Reyes say that?" I don't know what to say.

"No, it just Doctor Frank's guess." Moira answered so chill.

"He says there's something going on between you two so I'm here to find out for myself." Moira said with a smile. Is she teasing me?

"That's not true. I'm serious." Hindi ko alam anong gagawin ko. Ba't parang hindi siya naniniwala eh nagsasabi naman ako ng totoo.

"I see." Moira just giggled and got out of bed to return to her duty.

7 HOURS LATER

I was still on duty because George was on his date and having fun while I was having a hard time with his work.

"Are they chugging drinks? Your brother and Doctor Reyes? Can't you take George to his house and take him here instead?" I suddenly stopped what I was doing because Nrs. Michelle was having a hard time with her situation.

"Are you okay?" I asked Nrs. Michelle but she shaken her head so I approached her.

"Maxine said, Doctor Reyes was drunk because he and Maxine's brother drank." I was surprised by what Nrs. Michelle said.

"How much did they drink?" I immediately asked her.

"Two case of San Mig Pilsen." Mas lalo akong nagulat sa sinabi ni Michelle, yung 24 bottles ininom mag-isa ni George? Sisirain niya ba yung bituka niya?

"Dalawang case?" I was shocked to say so she just nodded.

"My goodness. If he was going to drink, he should be responsible. That jerk is so annoying." I annoyedly complained and went back to my patient.

Our hospital is neither big nor small. When I heard a noise outside the ER so I immediately went to the lobby to see if George was already here.

I'm afraid he might make a mess and then he won't remember tomorrow. Gosh.

"Sorry po sa istorbo. I don't know George's house and this is the only place I know where I can take him. He's completely drunk." I heard Maxine say to the nurses. Yes, he's literally drunk.

"What's wrong with him?" Nrs. Paul didn't know what to do with this drunken doctor.

The two nurses were holding George because George was drunk, his cheek was red and he couldn't stand up properly.

"Why did you let him get drunk?" I seriously said to Maxine as I walk closer to George. Maxine just looked away from me and bowed. I hope you don't invite George to your house if you can't take responsibility for your drunken companion.

"Doctor George Reyes. Doctor George Reyes." I seriously called his name as I slapped his chest for him to wake up.

"Why did you drunk so much? Wake up, you're in the hospital." I said seriously while shaking his body held by the nurses.

"What?" George asked me drunk.

"It's Rachel." I was surprised because George suddenly smiled at me.

"My wife. You're here, honey. My precious, Rachel Suarez Reyes." George drunk said to me and hugged me.

"What are you doing? Get off." I annoyed as I tried to pushed George away from me.

"Get off me. I told you to let go of me." I annoyed again and immediately pushed him to Paul and Krist. Damn.

"Pull yourself together!" I shouted as he fell to the floor. When I saw him lying on the floor I immediately covered my mouth in shock. Bakit hindi niyo sinalo?!

"Doctor George Reyes, are you okay? Are you all right?" I worriedly asked George who was drunk lying on the floor.

"Do you know... How much I love you?" George suddenly spoke so I immediately stood up and kicked this drunk. Kung ano-ano sinasabi niya, pinapahiya niya ko.

I saw the facial expressions of my co-workers were all confused because of what George said so I just scratched my head.

"Take this drunk doctor to the staff room before I kick him and push him out of the hospital." I annoyed and walked to the ER. Oo, I'm a surgeon who's always in the ER.
