Ch. 14 - At The Rock Show

Toni and Cheryl attend the Halestorm concert and spend the weekend together. More smut...Cheryl gets a little freaky.

"Are you excited, TT?" Cheryl asked as she was opening the trunk of her car for their bags. Toni had spent the last week talking about the concert. Of course she was excited.

"More than you know. Thanks again, babe." Toni stood on her tiptoes to plant a kiss to her girlfriend's lips after putting her own bags in the trunk. She was still going to follow through with her plan of roses and having the room decorated. It seemed like something Cheryl would like.

She noticed the blush on Cheryl's face. It happened everytime Toni called her 'babe' and it definitely wasn't going to stop. Toni couldn't wait to be alone again, after the previous weekend. The couple had sex again the next morning and joined each other in the shower afterwards. They couldn't keep their hands off of each other, and Toni hoped it would always be that way.

Along the drive, Toni sat in the passenger seat, playing music from her phone. She had recently learned that there were going to be two opening bands at the show the next day. One was a country rock singer named Cory Marks, who Toni had never heard of, and the other was a Mongolian Metal band called The HU.

She was obsessed, to say the least, once the music started. She wasn't a huge fan of Cory Marks, but it wasn't bad music. The HU had a very spiritual vibe to their songs, and Toni couldn't get over how amazing they sounded. She couldn't wait to see both bands live. And she definitely couldn't hold in her excitement to see Halestorm.

After listening to a few songs from each band, Toni switched to a Halestorm playlist. She sang along to each song and noticed Cheryl singing along to a few, as well. Toni couldn't hide the smile on her face. She loved that her girlfriend was taking an interest in something that she liked, and that she was able to do the same with Cheryl, with archery.

Toni reached over at one point to hold Cheryl's pale hand in her own. "So, I know it's like a month away, but what are you doing for Thanksgiving? My foster parents really like you and invited you over."

Toni had recently learned that Cheryl had actually met her foster parents before the Homecoming game. Cheryl and Fangs had gone over to their house the week before, where Cheryl had told them about her plan and they were more than happy to help.

"Well, I was hoping to stay in the dorm, but I was actually informed a few days ago that you need special permission to do that. Most foreign exchange students are granted that, as are students from other states, but I wasn't aware of it in time. I was," Cheryl sighed, glancing at Toni, "kind of hoping I could stay with you."

The smile that immediately appeared on Toni's face could have lit up the entire state in a moment of darkness. "Absolutely. That would be amazing. I'll take that as a yes, then?"

Cheryl laughed, "Yes, Toni. I would love to spend Thanksgiving with you and your family."

Toni leaned over the console to place a chaste kiss on her girlfriend's cheek.

"I just want you to know that I didn't steal your idea, but that you stole mine." Toni informed the redhead as they were walking down the hotel hallway to get to their room.

"I'm confused as ever, TT. But okay," Cheryl chuckled.

Toni put the key card into the door and opened it once it beeped. They were greeted with three dozen red roses spread out in various vases around the room, as well as rose petals laid on the king size bed.
