PROLOGUE

LC swayed her hips sexily as she wrapped her arms around the guy she met at the club. Their bodies were inches apart, and she could feel the heat of the gorgeous man grinding his body against hers. She could feel that the man was having a boner and it made her smile. Well, that's her effect on men. She can feel something poking in her exposed stomach because she's wearing a tube top and a mini skirt, exposing so much of her porcelain skin.

LC laughed at the back of her mind. She's used to men like this guy she's dancing with, but she has no interest in giving them what they want... her body, sex to be exact. She might be wild, but she will never let anyone deflower her. She made a promise to herself five years ago that she would enjoy her life and live it to the fullest, but she would die a virgin.

The man ran his manly hands from her back down to her delectable ass and squeezed it. LC rolled her eyes and pushed the man before leaving the dance floor. She heard him calling her "baby," but she didn't look back. Gosh, that man can't keep his hand to himself.

Kaagad nyang nilapitan ang kaibigang si Juvie na umiinom sa bar counter. Halatang lasing na ito dahil sa dami ng nainom. She tsked before getting the tequila in Juvie's hand and shoved it inside her mouth.

"You're drunk." Sabi nya dito na hindi naman sya pinansin. Busy ito magmukmok dahil sa problemang pag-ibig.

Love. LC hates that stupid thing. For her, it would only destroy someone's life, and she's not willing to exchange the fun she's having for a temporary happiness that will only give her a permanent scar. She learned it from her mother.

At the age of fourteen, LC saw how her mother tried to kill herself by drinking non-stop day and night because her father left them for another woman. LC promised herself that she would never fall in love. She will never let herself be a fool for a man.

"Ang tanga ko." Juvie said.

"Yes, tanga ka talaga." Pag sang ayon nya. Juvie scoffed at her, but she did not mind.

"I told you, diba? Wala naman ibang idudulot yang pesteng pag-ibig na yan kung hindi sakit. Bakit naman kasi nagpauto ka." Walang prenong sabi nya sa kaibigan. It may sound rude, but Juvie's used to it. She knows na walang filter ang bibig ni LC and that's one of the reasons why they're friends, ayaw nya sa plastic and LC's too honest for her liking, but she's the only person na alam nyang hindi magsisinungaling sa kanya.

"Right. Ayoko na, LC. Last na 'to. Tama na talaga." LC got another shot of tequila and offered a toast to her friend, Juvie.

"To my foolish best friend's promise that this will be the last time that she'll let a man hurt her...Cheers!" Sabay nilang ininom ang tequila na para bang tubig lang iyon.

LC stood up and danced again, but she did not leave Juvie's side because she knows that her friend is drunk at ayaw nyang may lumapit dito at samantalahin iyon. Alam na alam nya ang galawan ng mga tao sa ganitong lugar lalo na sa mga babaeng kagaya nya. She will never let anything bad happen to her friend. She may be wild and want to have fun, but not at the cost of her friend's safety.

So, she stayed beside Juvie until she felt tired. She put Juvie's arms around her shoulder and wrapped one of her hands around Juvie's waist para suportahan ito sa paglalakad palabas ng club. Talagang lasing na lasing ito.

Napabuntong hininga na lang sya. Ito ang unang beses na naglasing ang kaibigan nya.

"Makilala ko lang talaga 'yang lalaking nanakit sayo, nako punyeta siya puputulin ko ang kaligayahan nya!" Singhal nya kahit hindi naman na siya naiintindihan nito.

Nang makalabas sila ng Club ay kaagad syang pumara ng Taxi pero may babaeng tumulak sa kanila na dahilan kung bakit muntik na silang matumba ng kaibigan at inunahan silang makasakay.
