18 - Lazy Day

A crow woke him up this time. It was screeching outside the window. Dream rubbed his eyes, struggling to get them wide open. He's about to sit up right when he feels pressure being applied to his chest.

He glances down to see the sleeping prince, huddled up in his arms, head on his chest. He was so peaceful when he slept.

Huh, cute.

Dream attempted to remove his arm form underneath his head, but it was suddenly grabbed and pulled back.

"No. 5 more minutes. Wait, 15."

"Techie, I've gotta get up. My friends might be worried."

"I don't care 'bout your stupid friends. You're staying. Right. Here. Now shut up and let me sleep."

"Ok 1, my friends aren't stupid. 2, I'm not staying."

"If you get up I'll tell Phil you fucked me--"

"OK, OK! I'M STAYING!" He fell back down in defeat, putting his arms under his head, sighing. He turned his head slightly to look at the clock on the side table.

9:46 am.

"Techie please. I promise we can cuddle later, ok?"

...

"Fine. But if you break your promise, I will slit your throat."

"Sure you will." Rolling his eyes in a joking manner, Dream hopped out of bed, grabbed his mask and left the room.

What a night.

"GUYS! I FOUND HIM!" Dream's head snapped to the right to see who was yelling. Funnily enough, he recognized the face.

George was pointing at him, waving over, presumably, Sapnap and Karl. The short boy ran to him, almost choking him to death as he grabbed Dream's neck, bringing him into a hug.

"We thought they'd killed you! You idiot we were scared to death!"

"Whoa, whoa! You're choking me! I can't breathe--"

"Dream!" Another two people ran towards him.

I'm legit suffocating. They better not fucking--

"We were worried sick!" To Dream's dismay, Karl and Sapnap too wrapped their arms around him, Sapnap being the only one not choking him.

"Guys! I'm dying here! Are you sure you were worried because I feel like you want me dead!"

"Well maybe we do, since you were rude enough NOT to tell us where you went!?"

"Yeah Dream! Explain. Now."

"I will if you stop SUFFOCATING ME!"

"OK!" At last, the trio gave Dream some space to breathe. He let out a loud cough that echoed through the halls.

"I slept with Techno, aight? Now for god's sake don't fucking choke me."

"YOU WHAT?!" The question was yelled in unison.

"Oh my god shut the hell up!" Dream whisper yelled.

"I told you, now leave me be." He ran off, leaving his friends stunned.

Jesus christ and I thought Drista was annoying.

Techno finally got up. 10 minutes after Dream left, he decided he'd get up too.

"How'd sleeping with you're new boyfriend go?" Techno turned around. Wilbur was leaning on the door frame, a smirk on his face.

"Leave my door frame alone please."

"C'mon Techno! I just wanna know. So, how'd it go?"

"We just slept aight? Nothing happened."

"You do realise we still have a championship to finish, right?"

...

"Shit."

Techno rushed out of the room, Wilbur's hysterical laughter fading in the distance. He headed for where his father was always at around this hour. The throne room.

"Dadza! I'm--"

"Techno, you're awake!" His father rushed over and gave Techno a warm hug.

"Uh, yeah? Now when's MCC resuming?"

"Um, tomorrow. If you're up to it, that is."

"Phew. I thought it was today."

"Oh please, I need time to get to know my future son-in-law before my son beats him up."

"Haha, very funny."
