Information about Celia
1. Her full name is Cecilia Valentina Snape Caballero
2. her dad is Severus Snape and her mum is a Spanish pureblood woman named Mariana Caballero Snape. (If you don't like the daughter of Snape thing just ignore it it's not that important)
3. Mariana's best friend is Narcissa Malfoy so is it obvious that Celia and Draco grew up together and are forced to be best friends
4. Celia is wearing almost all the time a high strict ponytail, sometimes with side bangs.
