Chapter twelve

Celia

The days passed very slowly, and each day was a nightmare for me. I started to feel left out in my friend group. I only talked to them if it was necessary, but most time I was silent. I was usually a quiet and shy person. I was an introvert, but not around my best friends, but I felt uncomfortable around them. It was awkward. Everyone knew that I had a crush on Harry. The worst thing was that I either had to stay with Harry, Ron and Hermione or Draco. The Draco nightmare still haunted me and nothing was clarified after he has revealed his feelings. I could have stayed alone, but no one would have left me alone.

It was a rainy day, the students just had a break and most of them were in the corridors, also Ron and I were in the corridors. We were quiet. It was an awkward silence and tension between us. I looked around and I could see Draco who has tried to show me that I should go to him.

"I have to go" I said.

"Don't worry me too" he lied.

I went to Draco, while Ron was still standing there.

"Wanna stay with me?" Draco asked.

I was confused. I thought that he was mad and that we were sort of fighting. I would be mad if someone would treat me the way I treated him.

"Uhm, yeah, sure" I answered.

"What? Did you really think that we will never talk again" he asked.

"No, I just... never mind. I'm by the way sorry for my reaction" I actually thought that we would never talk again.

"I shouldn't have kissed you" while we were talking Hermione appeared again and was talking to Ron.

"It's fine" it wasn't fine at all. Because of that my whole life was a disaster. As I looked back to Ron he was not there.

The day of the second task has come and since I have talked to Draco I introduced myself again to my friend group and it was fine again, but today they all just disappeared.

"Can't believe they just forgot me" I thought while waiting for a boat to get me to one of the towers to watch the champions. It was a very cold day and I was wearing just a black tight dress with thin tights. I was obviously freezing, but the only jacket I had was one that I didn't like.

"Freezing, Cecilia?" Pansy asked.

I just ignored her. I didn't like Dracos friends and they didn't like me which is fine.

"Malfoy, you're girlfriend isn't very friendly" she yelled to him while he went with his friends Crabbe and Goyle to us. Draco ignored her as well and pissed off she sat down in the boat with Crabbe and Goyle. Luckily the next boat arrived only one minute later and Draco and I sat down.

"Did you tell her?" I asked him.

"No, of course not! But it's possible that they mentioned it" Draco answered.

"Just don't tell them, maybe one day they'll forget it" he added.

I nodded.

After the champions already were in the water everyone started to talk again, it was quite boring.

"You alright?" Draco asked.

"Yes" I replied.

"Arent you freezing? Can I do something?" he asked worriedly.

"No, I'm fine" she answered.

"If you say so"

we were just standing there while Draco was chatting with his friends. It was awkward and boring at once, but luckily Cedric Diggory finally appeared at the surface with Cho Chang. It was amusing again. I was watching them as Draco took his jacket off.

"Take it you're freezing" he said while giving me his jacket.

"No, it's my fault that I'm freezing. It's your jacket, keep it" I replied.

"Celia, you're shaking, now put it on before you die" he said.

"Fine" I took his jacket and put it on.

How was is possible that this shit was too big. Draco and I almost had the same height and the jacket was too big for me. I looked ridiculous.

t looks like we Are dating," he whispered in her ears. "I knew it, you are abusing that I'm freezing," she said annoyed. Draco just replied with a laugh.

As she looked back to Cedric she could see Viktor Krum with Hermione Granger, her best friend. Now she knows where she was. Only a few minutes later Harry appeared with not only one person, but he also appeared with two, Ron Weasley and Gabrielle Delacour, The little sister from the champion from the Beauxbatons Academy of magic. "Looks like you're the unnecessary friend," Pansy teased. Celia gave her a mad. "I would overthink who the unnecessary friend is, cause as far as I remember had Draco canceled the Yuleball with you to go with me," she replied to Pansy. "A little Impertinent today," Pansy responded. Celia ignored it because if she wouldn't the argument would go ahead until their death. Just as she ended the argument with Pansy she could hear that Harry got second place instead of third. Draco was furious. He took Celia with him back to dry land, while Pansy, Crabbe, and Goyle followed him up.

"I'm waiting here for my friends. Do you want your jacket back?" Celia asked. "Nah, just give it to me when you're back at Hogwarts," he responded. "Alright, see you," she responded. Dracosud goodbye with a look and turned around towards Hogwarts. A few minutes later Harry, Hermione, and Ron appeared. Celia congratulated Harry and they all walked back together to Hogwarts. "Hey, isn't that Dracos jacket?" Hermione asked. "Yeah, it is, he forced me to wear it, cause I was freezing," she answered with a laugh. "Does it smell like a rich, blonde, pureblood ferret?" Ron asked laughing. "It does and I'm getting sick of this smell, he's the same scent for I don't know 14 years I guess. It feels weird to wear it like we are dating," they started laughing because they can't imagine Celia and Draco dating. "You and Draco could be everything, but not a couple," Harry said laughing. "Yeah, exceptionally because Celia is in love with you," Ron said laughing. Celia was smiling before Ron said that. Her smile faded immediately and she walked faster away. It was embarrassing and hurtful. She hated herself for loving him, but she's not able to change anything. She heard steps behind her. A stick cracked, just like someone stepped on it.

"Don't you think we should talk?" Harry asked right behind her. "No," she turned around. "You know that I like you and I know that you don't feel the same way about me because you like Cho," she reminded him. "I'm just mad because I'm trying everything that I can to not love you and for a few minutes it just felt like we are just friends," she looked away. "But who said that I don't love you back?" Celia was confused. It was obvious that he loves Cho. "What?" She asked confused. She wasn't able to say something else. "As I found out that you like me I was in love with Cho but everything changed," He looked at her confused face. "What do you mean?" she asked still confused. She couldn't realise that he liked her the same way. "What I mean is that I love you, not Cho," Celia's heart beat fast, very fast. She still couldn't realise it. She hasn't answered him. Harry realised that she was confused and Overwhelmed. He pressed his lips on hers and only a few seconds later she Re-returned the kiss.
