Prompt: y/n draws her girlfriend Niki whilst she is writing a song

It was Sunday morning, me and my girlfriend were having a day in and I was already bored. Niki had been up and writing her song since 8 this morning and I was just watching her until I had an Idea. I grabbed my pencil and sketchbook and sat back in my place on the bed leaning against the headboard. Niki had always been a beautiful woman but right now at this moment, she was stunning like an angel who had come down from heaven. She was my inspiration. In this peaceful moment, all that was in my mind was her, so I drew her. The way her hair framed her face, her bold eyeliner that always made her frustrated, and the song she was working on sprawled out in front of her, it was a truly peaceful, beautiful moment. We sat there all morning, me drawing and her writing. Whenever she got frustrated with her work I would put the drawing of her face down as not to see it, until it was done, and help her work out any kinks in the song. Although she was adorable when she was frustrated I still helped. I mean I am her girlfriend.

I had finished my drawing at about half 1 pm and I wanted to show her

I tapped her shoulder and asked to show her something. It took her a second but she finished the line she was working on and gave her full undivided attention to me. I took the picture out from behind my back and said "you look stunning so... umm I drew you" she just stared at the picture wide-eyed not saying anything. "I... um, I'm sorry i- just thought-" she looked back up at me. Tears in her eyes and said "it's beautiful thank you princess" I leaned in without hesitation locking lips with her. It only lasted a few seconds not evolving into anything. Just a heartfelt kiss from one lover to the other, although my heart rate and blushing cheeks would say otherwise. As we pulled away we leant our foreheads on the others. "I love you Niki" I whispered "I love you too y/n" she whispered.
