Some of my words might not have an effect,
While some might be heard,
But oh kiddo hear me to the end
For the haze has made things blurred
Words are such a powerful thing,
For your voice has it's own degrees,
With your parents lower it to the ground,
For your heart to be at ease
Optimism is not a thing you can ignore,
Organising your priorities is a must to do,
For don't leave them scrambled and shattered,
So your dreams will be easier to pursue
Don't let your heart be consumed by envy,
Or filled with pride, and undying grudge,
Enough darkness can sink a heart,
But hold yours still, so it wouldn't budge
The trick here kiddo isn't in the words I just said,
Or the stories you have been told,
The trick here kiddo is indeed very simple,
It's what people call "the unknown gold"
- "happiness is this moment of joy you feel,
But inner peace is this life moment you live in"
