Chapter 3

August P.O.V

I removed my right arm from my stomach and placed it across my eyes because of the sun shining through my blinds. I sat up from my Black and Grey bed covers and rubbed my eyes, I got up and walked to the bathroom and stepped into the shower and washed off. When I was done in the shower I walked to the basin and brushed my teeth. I walked to my closet and got basic blue jeans, timberlands and a black sweater that says dope in white. Today I didn't really have plans I wasn't going to work either soo Imma go to my mama's house and see her. I got dressed and dipped . On my way to mama I was hungry so I went to Chucky's Diner downtown (made up).

I put my range in park and stepped out

And walked to the entrance, I got a booth and sat down staring at the menu "Hi what can I get you? " a female voice asked, I looked up and saw India fiddling in her black apron, probably looking fa' ha' pen

" Wassup? " I asked smiling

"Oh hey...August right " she asked finally looking up and smiling

"Mhmm" I hummed then chuckled

"How you doing? " I asked  'cause I saw in ha' eyes she not okay

"I'm breathing " she said shrugging

India P.O.V

When August asked me how I was doing I had no words actually..cause I don't know how I'm doing...I'm fed up thats one thing I know I am. I saw my manager pass by...

"So can I take your order? " I said smiling "My manager just passed by"I whispered the last part.

He chuckled

"Uhh Imma take a spri' ma " he said

"Sprite" I said writing It down

"I'll be right back" I turned and walked away.

I got August's sprite,  walked back to his booth and set it on his table.

"Thanks ma " he said looking up from is phone

"You welcome, so what you wanna eat?" I asked

"Uhh, gimme a numba' fou'" he answered

"Coming right up " I said I got him his food.

Jay P.O.V

So I was at work, wasn't really busy so I was chilling with one of the employees, Troy I never noticed how cool he was cause he never really spoke alot.

"Wait, wait so what..you telling me nigga?" I said laughing

"I'm telling you that this hoe came up to my door step,forced my pants off and started giving me brain" he said laughing and shaking his head. I was laughing so hard a nigga's stomach started to hurt

"Yo, yo nigga check Shawty out " he said pointing behind me a white girl she had a big ass though..damn Shawty was fucking fine I had to holla but I got a girl

So I'm coo'

"Hi can I get some help?" She said walking over

"Imma go to the-..restro- yea Imma go do something back there" Troy said laughing and walking away Troy was really Loyal to his girl he tried his hardest no to cheat or flirt with other girls

"Uh what kinda car you looking Shawty?" I asked licking my lips

She smiled and looked away

"I want a big car, like a range or something" she answered..

"Oh Shawty a baller huh? "She laughed

"Follow me "I asked her
