India P.O.V

I woke up and felt and empty space next to me. So today is my birthday, I wish my family was with me but I'm pumped that I got August with me..I hope he didn't forget my birthday. I looked to my left and saw a note.

Morning baby you were sleeping peacefully so I didn't wanna wake you up, but I won't see you till tonight I'm planning something really special for your birthday...I left my black card for you, do whatever you want and I'll see you later, happy birthday and I love you......

I smiled and stood up then I walked over to the bathroom, I did my hygiene, lotioned up then got dressed in blue jeans with cuts in them, plain white button down and brown boots. I decided to call Chandra to come with me and she said she'll meet me at the mall.

I drove around the parking lot and found a spot 10min later, I texted Chandra to see where she was.
Me:Cha where are you?
Chaa♥♡: At the foodcourt
Me: As always
Chaa♥♡: You know it

I finally arrived at the foodcourt

"Happy birthday loveeee" Chandra said hugging me

"Thank you boo" I said and we started walking

"Soo what you doing today? " she asked

"Well I don't know but August is planning something, he's surprising me" I said smiling

"Aww thats sweet honey" she said, I looked around because I felt like there was someone watching me

"Wassup Witchu?" Chandra asked as we walked through Gucci.

"I feel like someone's watching me" I said

"Who wouldn't...look at you"she said smiling and I laughed.

So y'all pro'ly think this nigga all talk but I plan on putting my plan in action tomorrow witch is Sunday and August has a meeting wich means India's alone at home and I'll be there. I 've been watching her every move and I'm really close.

"So you got me tomorrow right? " I asked Messiah

"Man ion know" he said shaking his head

"Messiah come on man...what you ain't riding for me nomo?" I said

"Man ion even know the girl" he said

"You'll get to know you...50Gs man" I said and he was silent

"But I'm naked" he said (meaning he doesn't have a gun)
"I got you tomorrow" I answered

"You in?" Not like he got a choice, he nodded

"I wanna hear it"

"I'm in" he said and we dapped up

"Imma hit you up tomorrow" I said and he left.

August P.O.V

So I wanna make India's birthday really special for because we both know that she deserves it and imma give that to her, doesn't matter how many strings I have to pull. So while she's shopping or whatever imma go home and set everything up for her.

India P.O.V

"Bye girl" Chandra said as I dropped her off

"Bye say hi to the girls" I said then drove off.

When I entered the house I gasped. There were rose pedals leading up the stairs and the lights were dimmed. I walked up the stairs.

"August?" It was silent, I stepped into our room and there were heart shaped rose petals on the bed with the words Passion in cursive. I walked over and there was a note
Hey baby happy birthday, I really wanted to make this as special as possible. So I want you to get ready and see what's in your closet.
-AAA......

I smiled and took a shower, I curled my now black hair, I had neutral make-up. I lotioned up and wore my undergarments, I walked to the closet then opened the closet and saw a beautiful white dress with a gold belt.

"Oh my god" I whispered covering my mouth as my eyes watered. I slipped on the dress and walked to the mirror, I looked up and saw a note.
Baby I know you about to cry with your emotional self but you look amazing I love you, I want you to go to the tv-room and look under the table.

I walked to the tv-room then looked under the table and found a shoe box and a gold clutch purse, I opened the box and found beautiful white heels about 4inches, I smiled and slipped them on, and Ofcourse another note.
Ok so I know you look like Cinderella right now and I want you to show it off. Please go outside, get into the limo and enjoy the ride.

I walked out and saw a white guy standing next to a black limo, I walked over and he smiled

"Good evening ma'am" he said opening the door

"Good evening" I sat in the car and we drove in silence, the car came to a stop and he handed me a note with a rose this time.
Baby so you've made it to your destination I want you to step into the restaurant and .....well you'll see the rest oh P.S I love you

I smiled and stepped into the beautiful restaurant.

"Right this way" a young guy said to me I didn't even say a word, I followed him and I saw August looking down at his phone. He looked up and smiled damn he's fine

"Hey baby" he said and gave me a kiss

"Hey" he pulled back my chair, i sat and he walked over to his side.

"So how was your day? " he asked

"It was great thank you" I said

"For?" He said

"Everything the clothes, the day that you gave me and for loving me" I said

"You know you don't have to thank me baby" he said and he kissed me

After we ate August took me on a boat and we were now looking at the stars, I leaned on the rail and August wrapped his arms around me from behind.

"Baby" he said

"Yeah?" I answered

"You love me?" He asked, I turned around and he was on his knees with a blue box and a silver ring inside, I covered my mouth.

"India I want to show you how much I love and appreciate you, you taught me how to love, I never thought I would feel this way about another person, you're the reason I wake up smiling everyday and with that said India Hathaway, will you marry me? " he asked

"Y-yes August I'll m-marry you " I said as tears rolled down my face, he slipped the ring on my finger gave me a passionate kiss

"I love you so much"I said against his lips

"I love you more baby" he said against mine.

I wish I couldn't have this moment for life.
