Hii, this thing updated. Be prepared for more self-indulgent stuff and experimental writing

oOo

On the third day of another guardian arriving to the farm, Bitzer unexpectedly found the chance of doing the saving that time around.

To sum it up, the flock had gotten particularly excited with the superhero saving them that evening, and when they got excited...they could be quite intense. Any thoughts on how unfair it was to see someone who did the same job as him get more attention quickly left Bitzer's brain as, like a group of paparazzi, the flock begun to chase the hero around with notepads and cameras on their hooves.

Seeing a sheep so distressed was enough to convince the dog to step in. Bitzer opened the storage room for the guy to hide when he turned a corner, then gave false directions to the flock to mislead them.

Once the door was closed behind them, the hero left his back fall on the wood as a tired yet relieved sigh left him. The sheepdog could only whuff out an apology for his sheep's behaviour before returning to the task of looking around the room.

As he searched, from the corner of his eye he saw the sheep - Super Sheep,as the others called him- sitting over a box on the floor, waving a hoof and bleating amused like a hidden meaning was behind his words— It was fine, it was the kind of thing any superhero had to deal with.

Bitzer's ear lifted in interest. In part because that bleaty chuckle sounded familiar, but mostly because, despite the thing from yesterday(which Bitzer insisted to himself he just had interpreted it wrong), it was still easy to talk to the masked sheep.

As the dog knelt down to dig his paws inside a box, he found himself keeping a casual conversation with the stranger once again —Oh, he went through this often?

Super sheep's answer quickly jumped from a 'No', to a 'Yes', to an incoherent babble that ended in him not really answering anything. For someone who acted so cool and smooth in the battlefield, the guy was pretty silly one you knew him.

Bitzer didn't notice himself smiling until the sheep spoke again, answering with yet another question as he gestured at Bitzer— Well, wasn't he a sheepdog? He must know how often these things happened!

Bitz put the box aside at not having found what he was looking for. He shook his head slightly, shrugging in an attempt to hide the discomfort in his tone—Not really. He...

Bitzer got up, gesturing at himself with a whuff and then at Super Sheep to compare—He wasn't a masked sheep that fell from the sky to save them precisely.

Justa simple sheepdog, who could only do simple sheepdog things.

It had been three days since that mysterious hero arrived and Bitzer only managed to catch the pigs in the act once, and it wasn't like those hooligans respected his authority nor his orders either. It was obvious everyone cheered at the superhero's presence because he actually could save the day.

Silence fell for a moment. The look Super Sheep suddenly gave him, concerned and filled with pity, made Bitzer realize he had said too much.

Before the dog could tell him to just forget about it, the hero got up, walked over him and started bleating eagerly—What?! But the farm expert there was him! Any task, any animal in danger, any problem as minimum as it was, their sheepdog was always ready to be there to help!

Bitzer could only blink as the guy grabbed him by the shoulders in a moment of eagerness. And if it wasn't embarrassing enough, Super Sheep just kept on complimenting him.

The hero's tone got softer then, his grip getting lighter, and the look in his eyes and smile suddenly looked...sincere—The sheep adored him. He did so much for them. No other dog could be their sheepdog but him.

It took another moment of silence for the sheep to notice the dog's bewilderment face, and as consequence, realize how close he had gotten to an stranger. He was quick to draw back his hooves and cough awkwardly, seeming nervous about not knowing where to go from there.
