A/N Sorry if the acting class is weird I'm not a theatre kid so I don't know how these things go-

"Alright, before we begin I just have an announcement for you all." Royale was adjusting his hair as he waited for everyone to take their seats.

Lyric sat directly in front of Jiren, neither paying much attention to it. Although, it would be lying if Jiren said he didn't occasionally look the girl's way whenever she shuffled a little in her seat.

"As we start warming things up, I'm going to assign the semester final today." Gasps and confusion spread across the room. It was only the second week, why would he go and do such a thing like that?

Ribrianne was the first to express her thoughts, raising her hand in protest as she stood up.

"SIR!! What is the meaning of this?? How do you expect us to excel and truly put our heart and souls into the performance if we've barely been taught anything?!?"

"Please sit back down, I was going to explain if you would've just let me..." He sweatdropped, motioning the woman to sit back down in her seat. She huffed in response but sat back down nonetheless.

"This is a project that you folks will be working on for the rest of the semester. Depending on the lesson I teach, the remaining time of the period will be yours to work on your piece. If at any point in time you think you're finished and you've perfected it...then you'd be sorely mistaken."

Any unnecessary chit-chat that was scattered across the room was silenced from his last sentence. It held no ill intent, but it still showed how serious he was about the matter.

"No play is perfected, no person is flawless."

The spotlight was now shining directly on him as he spoke as if the words that left his system held the very secrets of the universe that is Theatrical productions.

"In this line of entertainment, no show is ever complete; we just run out of time."

No one could explain what emotion was left lingering in the air. It was a simple sentence, yet it held so much meaning.

"Now!" He clapped his hands together, snapping the class back to reality.

"This assignment can be whatever your heart desires: a dance, a song, a skit, anything along those lines. It can be individual, or you can team up with your peers to make a group project. The maximum number of members allowed on each team is 5. On the very last day, we'll showcase what you've worked on for the past 6 months. Don't forget to enjoy yourselves!"

Now, this seemed like a fairly easy assignment, one that everyone had the opportunity to let their strengths shine and polish their weaknesses.

Unfortunately, many of the other universes decided that they'd be no good at anything on their own, going to take up partners and little groups of people who have experience, until only a handful of individuals were leftover. Among those were Lyric, Jiren, Cabba, and Cocotte.

The pink-haired alien had been pestering Jiren to do a partner routine, but he had yet to give a verbal response. Now that she thought about it, he hadn't been answering her for the past five minutes. Did he fall asleep or something?

Unsure and unaware of his blush, Cabba timidly thought about going to Lyric, seeing if she minded working together once more. Before he could get the words out of his mouth, Caulifla and Kale had dragged him away, wanting to do a trio type of deal.
