Dinner that night was amazing. I had the all you can eat salad and soup, which I usually got. On the way home we got the mini-sundaes from Mcdonalds.
We hadn't heard from my dad all day and that was okay since my mom and I didn't really care about my dad anymore. Lately he's being threatening my mom to leave us and she tells him to go right ahead.
The drive home wasn't as long because my mom and I were jamming to One Direction the whole car ride. When we reached our street, I didn't see my dad's car in the driveway and I start praying that he finally left us. Little did I know that's what happened.
It honestly didn't even look like he left all he took was his clothes and that was it. My mom didn't even shed a single tear. She just giggled a little and gave me a hug. We spent the rest of the night cuddling in the couch and watching movies.
I'll have to say that was probably the best day of my life.
