Tea Shop Lovers

The area of Lyrias was famous for two things, its education, and it's scholars. And within the district and the circle of scholars there was one thing they all favoured, the Lyrias Tea Shop. Many of the nearby students would settle inside the tea shop in their free time to chill with their friends or study, especially when the tea would warm them up in the cold weather which was around most of the year due to the district being in the North of Clarines Kingdom.

Inside the tea shop were two baristas, also scholars themselves who had created the tea along with a few of their other friends. Shirayuki, a red haired young woman was at the till taking the orders while her blonde haired friend Yuzuri made the drinks. This day specifically was rather quiet, it wasn't a bad thing, in fact it was nice to slow down a little. The process of making their special Lyrias tea, which just so happened to be their main and most popular tea on the menu, was not that hard of a recipe after making it so many times.

"Hey, look who decided to join us!" 

A familiar voice sounded making Shirayuki's head perk up from the notepad she was writing in. A smile glazed her face as she realised that although the voice belonged to her friend Obi, he wasn't alone. With the black haired male were three others. Her friends Kiki, Mitsuhide and Zen. Yuzuri also peeped her head over the counter as a second before she had bent down to grab some tea leaves from within the cupboard bellow. 

"Hey, it's great to see you guys, how are you all doing? Want something to warm up?" Shirayuki asked with a smile, happy to see her friends. 

"Well Obi told us you guys had made a new kind of tea so we'll all have one. And... I also wanted to see your face" Zen's last comment made Shirayuki blush but her face showed how happy she was to hear those words. Zen's face mirrored that happiness with a soft smile. 

A small chuckle came from behind Zen belonging to Mitsuhide. "We will go sit down, join us soon" 

Mitsuhide's words had snapped the duo from their locked gaze, making the moment turn awkward for a second before Zen told her he was going to sit down with the others and she was welcome to join them. 

Shirayuki's heart was pounding so much she felt like it was going to burst. Her hands gripped onto the edge of the counter as she let out a long breath. After a moment of getting her heart together Shirayuki heard Yuzuri giggle and turned to her as she felt her pat her shoulder which helped calm her nerves down. The feelings she held inside her every time she saw the snow white haired male seemed to grow more and more every time, she wanted to tell him her feelings, how important he was to her but she could never find the right time.

"Help me finish making these and you can go over."

"Huh? Are you sure?"

"Of course" Yuzuri smirked and leaned towards Shirayuki's ear. "I'd like to see how your relationship with lover boy over there progresses" She winked as she moved away.

Shirayuki shook her head and waved her hands in front of her face. "What do you mean? We're just friends. Yeah, just friends!" Shirayuki stuttered.

"We'll see about that. Anyway, can you pour this into these please." Yuzuri passed a pot to the girl, clearly unconvinced by the red head's words.

After a few minutes the tea was made and bought over on a tray by Shirayuki. "Here we go, one for each of us." She said with a smile as she picked each cup from the tray and placed them in front of each individual, it only took a few minutes for her to take the tray back to the counter and take off her cream coloured apron before returning to the table to sit with the group.
