"I suppose there is a reason that you asked to meet me?" Chaeyoung asked the man in front of her.

Three days had already passed since the incident and the bruises on Chaeyoung's face had already started healing. Or that's what she had convinced herself to think. Although the swelling was mostly gone, Chaeyoung's face still looked terrible. In fact, she thought that she actually looked scary.

However, she still felt that her injuries could not be compared to what Lisa had received. It made Chaeyoung stay inside the hotel where they had been staying before. She took her time, taking care of her wife and making sure that her wound was healing fast.

However, today, Chaeyoung received a surprise when Carlisle's brother came to see her.

"Yes... Miss Park. I would like to know if it was really the Lee Family who is responsible for the Zhou Family's death." The man's direct question made Chaeyoung speechless. She actually expected him to tell her how he should be the next king and that he was the rightful heir to the throne.

From her research, this man's name was Ashton. He was the younger brother of Carlisle who was studying abroad. Moreover, from Chaeyoung's research, this man was the exact opposite of his power-hungry brother. According to the rumors, this man was mischievous and playful. He loved gambling and partying. He also never liked studying.

Chaeyoung continued examining the guy in front of her. From his words alone, Chaeyoung could judge that he was not the type of person that the rumor said.

"If I am right... You are still a Lee." Chaeyoung started. "So… that was the wrong question to ask. Isn't it, Prince Ashton?"

"I am not a Prince nor a Lee… but you already know that." He said, his face serious. All he wanted to know at that moment was the identities of the people who were responsible for the Zhou Family's massacre.

Chaeyoung smiled at the man in front of her. For some reason, she liked his character. Then, she slowly leaned towards him. As she said in a low voice. "If I tell you that I am the one responsible for their deaths, would you believe me?"

"Yes," Ashton directly answered. He had already suspected that his family's death was related to this woman standing in front of him. "However, I am not here to avenge them."

"Oh?" Chaeyoung raised an eyebrow. "Then, tell me… why are you here, Ashton?"

Meanwhile, the Second Elder was pacing inside the Lee Family's meeting room. His gaze was dark, his brows furrowed as he clenched his hands.

"Second Elder... I think you should stop that. We need to talk properly and come up with a plan." The Third Elder suggested. Past three days had been like a total hell for everyone. They needed to stop this mess as soon as possible or that Chaeyoung would continue to destroy their properties using the weapon that they had created themselves.

"Why are you asking me? Ask the First Elder for a talk! I am done talking! I can't continue just sitting here while I fear for my family's safety!"

"Second Elder, please calm down… don't be reckless! I believe it will be best to just follow Chaeyoung's instruction now that we already know what she is capable of." The Fourth Elder answered. During the last thirty-six hours that they were staying there, the Second Elder had tried to go out of the room twice, and every time, a property of theirs located abroad would disappear from the planet. That clearly showed them how capable that woman really was.

"Second Elder... I think you should take a seat. We can't plan if we don't talk properly." The First Elder said. "You have already tried to walk out of this room twice. As a result, the Fifth Elder lost a branch family abroad. We need to stop letting our emotions…"
