Everyone turned their attention towards the speaker.

"Brother, what are you talking about?" Mason scrunched his brows as he walked towards Henry in his wheelchair.

"We have the same blood type. I am his father's twin brother." Henry ignored Mason's question, his eyes were focused on the doctor. "I was also born with a smaller heart." Henry was born with a weak constitution. This was the original reason why Mason was picked. Seeing everyone looked at him with pity and understanding, Henry continued. "I am dying anyway. At least… " At least this way, he could stay with Claire inside Chaeyoung's body and somehow experience her love. Even though his consciousness and body are no longer around, Chaeyoung would still have his heart.

However, Henry chose not to say this. He just looked at the doctor, waiting for his answer.

The doctor could only nod at Henry's words. What else could he say? They only have eighteen hours to find a new heart. Moreover, in these eighteen hours the patient's heart could stop working anytime. Because of this, they are in a very dire situation right now.

"Brother…"

"I have made up my mind." Henry interrupted his brother's words before looking straight into his eyes. "I have cause irreparable heartache towards Chaeyoung. It's time for me to pay for everything that I have done."

Seeing his brother's resolute expression, Mason let out a long sigh and eyed Claire. Without any questions, Claire immediately pushed Henry's wheelchair towards the examination room, so the doctor can examine his heart.

During the examinations, Claire never left Henry. However, both of them did not say any words either. The silence was so thick it was even affecting some of the doctors and nurses.

"I will die soon." Henry muttered his eyes directed to the monitor that was showing his blood pressure. "This is the only way… for me not to die without any regrets in my life."

Still Claire did not utter a word. Her hands slowly made its way into Henry's hands squeezing it tight. Though the latter could does not have any sensation anymore. Henry was still able to feel the heaviness in Claire's heart.

"You are like a brother to me." Claire said. "You saved me over and over… and that… " tears started to stream into Claire's cheeks. "And I'm sure my daughter knows that too."

"She is a smart woman." Henry nodded. "Smarter than you." His comment made Claire smile.

"You are right," she nodded. "I'm sure… she would forgive you. She… she had a kind heart after all."

"Stop crying." Henry said. "It does not suit you."

"Moreover, my heart would still live inside Chaeyoung." He added before he looked at Claire. "I will always have you in my heart. No matter what happens to my body and consciousness… I Henry Lee, will always have you in my heart."

He then closed his eyes, refusing to take another look at the only woman that owns his heart. After knowing that he would eventually die because of his current condition, Henry originally decided to kill himself. He would rather die than become anyone's burden.

However, he did not expect for his brother to forgive him and would want to find the best solution for him. But, Henry had already lost his hope. He knows it. From the way the doctors would look at him with so much pity to the images that he saw with his broken spine.

He was a lost cause. He would never be able to feel any sensation on his lower body. And eventually he would also lose his other senses. His taste, hearing and sight is bound to leave him soon.
