14 > Short Namjoon Birthday Special Chapter

Happy Birthday Leader!!

Namjoon woke up in his bed, sunlight was peeking out from the blinders as the leader groans.

He rolls around his bed before starting to get up. It was another day for him. He'll probably go to his studio and make music and-

Oh wait, he checked his phone and saw the date, September 12.

Namjoon grinned. It was his birthday! He had almost forgotten!

After doing his morning routine, he jogged down the stairs in his black t-shirt and blue & grey pants.

"Good morning everyone!" He grinned brightly.

Jin looked at him and smiled. "Good morning Namjoon, another day of dance practice huh?"

Namjoon's smile slowly dropped. Why wasn't Jin greeting him? Nah, he'll probably remember soon.

Shrugging it off, he sat at his seat and waited as one by one the members entered the kitchen.

"Good morning Joon hyung"

"Good morning fellow 94 liner!"

"Morning Joon"

"Good morning Hyungie"

"Good morning Namjoon hyung"

Namjoon frowned a bit, did they forget his birthday?

As they all piled up in their seats, Jin served them each a stack of pancakes.

"OooOoOoO~ Is there an occasion hyung? Why pancakes?"

Namjoon perked up, maybe Jin did remember his birthday after all-

"I just feel like making pancakes today. And I saw this ARMY's cute post on Weverse and it just made my day"

Namjoon slowly turned his lips downward.

As they all ate, they noticed Namjoon was barely eating his breakfast. He didn't even finished the first pancake stacked on top whilst the others was halfway already.

"Joon, are you okay?" Hoseok asked.

Namjoon placed down his fork. "I'm not hungry. I'll get going now" He excused himself as he left the table leaving his 6 bandmates confuse.

He quickly grabbed his bag and left the dorm.

Slamming his studio door, he plopped himself in his chair and pulled out his phone to check Twitter. Not surprisingly, ARMY's on his newsfeed had been greeting him. He smiled as he decided to take a selca for them.

°AFTERNOON°

As Namjoon walked back to his dorm, the sudden urge to slip just won't leave him.

He hurriedly ran to their dorm and closed the door before running upstairs and letting himself slip.

As he changed himself to his favorite Ryan Pyjamas, he remembered how none of his members came by the studio to greet him a happy birthday. The only one's who did was the CEO, their manager, their producers, even Enhypen, their junior TXT, their labelmates even stopped by his studio to greet him a happy birthday.

The now Little Joonie sighed, grabbing his toy box. He played with his toy cars in one hand while the other one was hugging a ryan plushie close to his chest.

"They dwidn't wemember Joonie's birfday" He frowned, his bottom lip wobbling.

Just as the tears fell on his face, the door opened and in peeked Jin's head.

"Hey bubs, are you little now?"

Joonie wiped the tears on his eyes as he nodded. "Y-Yeah" He answered, his voice cracking.

"Why are you crying bubs?" Jin asked, sitting on the floor beside him.

"It nothin'" He said, playing with the toy cars to keep him distracted.

Jin frowned. "Aww, baby, you thought we forget your birthday didn't you? Is that why you weren't yourself at breakfast?"

Joonie looked up. "You all.....wemember Joonie birfday?"

"Of course!" Jin exclaimed. "Why would we forget our Joonie's birthday hmmm?" He booped his nose, making the Little giggle.

"Now, let's go downstairs and see what surprise is waiting for you bubs" Jin said.

"Suwprise?" Joonie asked.

"Yeah! C'mon bubs"

Joonie accepts Jin's hand as the two went downstairs and entered the kitchen.......

"SURPRISE!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY NAMJOON/ NAMJOON HYUNG!!" His members shouted as a 2 layered cake was on the table along with other dishes. Presents wrapped neatly was all stacked at back end of the table.

Joonie covered his mouth in shock. "You wemember Joonie's birfday after all?"

"Of course Hyung. We planned on having a surprise party for you!" Jungkook exclaimed.

Hoseok, who's Hobi now by the way, hugged Joonie. "Happy birfday Joonie!!" He giggled. "We made you a cake! And-and we have loooooooots of pwesents fow you!"

Joonie smiled, they didn't forget his birthday after all.

"Now, let's eat some cake!!" Taehyung exclaimed.
