I made my way down the corridors, it was almost midnight and I couldn't sleep. I was planning to go to Draco and my spot but instead I ran into the wonderful Astoria Greengrass. She was with Blaise. "I bet that crazy bitch was the one who killed him," She turned her head when she heard my footsteps nearing towards them. "Speak of the devil!" She paused. "She is such a crazy bitch."
"You are mad if you think I killed someone. Although you are already a nutcase so I'm not too surprised."
"Daniella I know that your mom and dad are dead and everything but it does not mean you should take your anger out on others." Snickered Blaise.
"You were literally put up for adoption Blaise so quit acting like you are wanted at this school because not even your real parents wanted you."
"You are such a bitch!" Yelled Astoria.
"Don't you mean crazy bitch?" I snapped quickly before turning around and walking back to the common room utterly pissed off.
When I got to the common room I noticed Draco sitting on one of the couches. "Are you okay?" I asked Draco after seeing the distressed look on his face.
"I have no idea where we are going to go for the summer. If we go back to the manor we are just going to be giving ourselves a death sentence."
I decided it was time to tell Draco what I was planning. "I have a surprise for you."
"Oh no you don't."
"Just come with me."
As we walked to my dorm Draco wouldn't stop asking me what the surprise was. "Ella, you know I hate surprises."
"No you don't."
Draco laughed out loud after my quick and immediate response. "Yes I do, just tell me what it is."
"You'll know in like five minutes so calm down."
"I still hate surprises."
"And I'm still not going to tell you until we are at my dorm."
When we got into my dorm, I covered his eyes with my hands and I led him to the painting I made of the cottage we were going to stay at instead of the Manor over summer and after we finished school at Hogwarts. It was in the middle of the forest surrounded by a meadow, and it was exactly what I had ever dreamt of. I used the rest of the money I had from my parents' muggle life insurance to buy and refurbish it.
I took my hands off his face and Draco opened his eyes and a wave of surprise took over his expression. "It's beautiful Daniella, thank you."
"It's more than a painting, Draco. That's a painting of where we are going to stay over summer and after we finish school."
"Are you joking?"
"Do I ever joke?"
"Yes, all the time."
"True." I laughed, "But no I'm serious, it's on the other side of the black lake and deep in the forest. And before you ask why it's so close, it's because I've decided after we finish school I want to be a teacher at Hogwarts."
"That sounds like an amazing plan." Draco said with a sense of relief and a smile pasted on his face.

And just like that it was the last week of school and Draco and I were spending almost everyday together. Ginny and I would go to butterbeer every Friday along with Iris.
It was the Friday before we all went home for the summer and Ginny, Iris, and I were getting our butterbeer early so we had time to get ready and go to the last party of the year.
