-21 days after Hannah went missing-
Cams POV:
It's been 21 days since Hannah went missing. I miss her so much. I've hardly eaten or slept for these past 21 days.
Right now me and Hayes are walking around the street to take our mind off things. It's quite dark out because it's like 10:30.
We were walking down the side walk that had rows of restaurants and shops on the side. I looked to my left but Hayes wasn't there. I turned around to see him standing outside the restaurant where he last saw Hannah when they went on their date.
Poor Hayes. he's been so hard on himself about this whole thing, mainly because of the rest of the boys except Nash obviously.
"Bro come on" I said to Hayes as he reminisced. He glanced down at his feet then back up to the restaurant, a look of confusion filled his face. I just sighed and started to walk away.
It wasn't long before I heard Hayes speak.
"Hey bro. look at this" Hayes said. I was confused so I just went to see what was so important. When I got over to him he was staring at a piece of paper folded up sellotaped to the restaurant window.
"It's just a piece of paper Hayes come on" I said pulling at his arm but he didn't budge.
"No. look at what's on it" He said pointing to the paper. I looked closer to see the name 'Cameron' on it.
"That could be anyone" I said to Hayes although i was somewhat apprehensive about the coincidence.
"There's only one way to find out" He admitted looking up at me. I just sighed and peeled the paper off the window opening it up. The note read,
Don't bother looking....you'll never find her. we're going to have so much fun torturing this bitch. X
Fuck. It is meant for me. this must be the X man who sent Hannah those messages. I just sighed and ran a hand through my hair.
I looked round to say something to Hayes but he was no where in sight. I looked around the corner to see some shadows disappear down an ally.
The suspicion took over so I decided to follow them. Part of me wondered weather it was Hayes so i text him saying 'where you at?' And looked up to see the back pocket of one of the persons jeans light up. it was him.
The other man saw and took the phone and smashed it to the ground stamping on it with the heel of his shoe. He grabbed Hayes and dragged him all the way to the other end of the alley and disappearing round the corner.
I ran down the ally trying desperately not to loose them.
Hayes POV -before he went missing-
Cam's eyes flicked through the paper, I could see he was scared and angry. suddenly I got vigorously tugged backwards, but before I could say anything, a hand suffocated my mouth. The person dragged me round the corner and whispered in my ear.
"If you make a fuss or speak, i'll shoot your friend" He waved a gun as he threatened me. The gun had blue diamonds on it, and a cross made from black diamonds.
I just decided to do as he says and walk without fuss and keeping my mouth shut. As we were walking through an alley, I felt my phone buzz in my back pocket. I know it's cam. The person obviously saw because he took the phone out and threw it to the ground causing it to smash.
I just kept quite. Cams life is worth more than my damn phone.
We finally appeared out of the ally as he pushed me to turn the corner, in front of us was an extremely tall building with a half lit flickering sign on the side. It looks like a run down hotel. The whole look of the building gives me goosebumps.
He dragged me through the back door and in an elevator. we stood there in silence for what seemed like hours, until the lift finally came to a halt. Judging by how long that took, we seem to be near the top
The doors opened and he dragged me out. we walked down the poorly lit corridor until we halted outside a door. the man;who was only wearing black jeans, black hoodie and a mask thing; opened the door, slowly revealing a dark room with a chair in the middle.
I saw 4 chains attached to the walls. but one of them was occupied by what i think is a girl. Her legs were bruised and cut and she was unhealthily skinny. She had her head in her knees probably sleeping. It looks like she's been here for a while.
The man dragged me to the chains next to the girl.
He cuffed me in the chains and then left the room that had now filled with a deathly silence.
I looked towards the girl who was sniffling and moving so I knew she was awake. It was so dark I couldn't even see her face.
"Hey" I said to her.
No reply.
"How long have you been here for" I questioned.
"Long enough" she replied back quietly.
"What's your name" I asked the girl. she looked up but I still couldn't see her face properly as it was so dark.
I waited for a reply and finally she spoke up.
"I-it's Hannah. Hannah Dallas"
Her words made me freeze.
"H-hannah?" I said to her moving as close as I could to her but still, I couldn't reach her.
"W-who are you" she questioned backing up to the wall hesitantly. she obviously couldn't see my face either.
"It's me...I-it's Hayes" I said louder as my adrenaline pumped through out my body.
"H-Hayes? Oh my god Hayes" she said still in a weak tone. She moved as close as she could to me. just enough so our hands could touch.
I could tell she was using all of her strength to squeeze my hand but it was still so weak.
"Hayes I missed you so much. where's Cam? Is he okay? How did you get here? How is everyone?" She asked numerous questions.
"I missed you to. Cams probably freaking out that I disappeared as well. He hasn't slept or ate properly for a while, he's been really depressed. The man that just took me in here captured me outside the restaurant. And everyone's blaming me for what happened. There not happy. Shawn, Jack and Jack are on tour so I don't know if they know" I replied answering all of her questions in one go.
She just sighed.
Suddenly the door swung open and in walked another man who was really tall and skinny. He to had one of those black mask things with the eye holes cut out.
He undone Hannah's chains.
"Here we go again" she sighed.
"Where are you taking her" I shouted to the man who was surprisingly carful with the way he handled her.
"Don't worry Hayes, it's nothing new. I'll be back soon. just don't annoy X" she sighed looking down as she slowly, weakly, walked towards the door and out of it. The light source lessened more and mire as the door closed fully and I was left in the dark. Scared. Cold. Hungry. Confused. Alone.
Now I know what Hannah has been feeling for these last 21 days.
I just sat on the cold hard floor. Waiting
I've finally found Hannah.
But how the fuck are we meant to get out of here
