Tommy laid down on his bed, thinking over the words that are nowstuck in his head, looping like a broken record player.
Then he was called down by his mom. He immediately stood up and dusted himself off, afterwards he went down the stairs to meet with his mother.
"Tommy! Do we need to refill your bottle?"
"There's still half of it left. But I think we should refill the other bottles and we could bring that to florida next week."
"Oh, good thinking. Anyways about–"
"Yes, I have another session. She already sent me a link to the meeting anyway."
"Alright, behave Tommy."
"Yes mum."
Tommy turned his heels back towards his PC. He opened it once again and opened the link he was given to.
When he entered a doctor was already there with her camera on along with her mic. Tommy turned his camera on as well and greeted her.
"Hello Ms. Harley."
"Hello Tommy, nice to see you again. How was your week?"
"It was nice, how about yours?"
"It's been nice as well thank you for asking."
The doctor smiled at Tommy before continuing.
"Any episodes this week?"
"Nope! Glad to have none of those."
"That's great! Any relapse? Have you broken your cleanliness?"
"I did have a relapse yesterday, mum helped me through it. And nope! I'm still clean Ms."
"That's wonderful Tommy! Now, did you have any difficulties with school? Maybe something you don't understand?"
"I have mum to help me with things, but I still do have questions that she didn't know what to answer."
"And that's why I'm here Tommy, tell me all about it."
And so they talked and talked for almost an hour. Tommy was smiling, he was happy to be able to talk to his Doctor. She was the only person he gets to have a moment of peace.
"Well Tommy, you're getting a lot better now! Keep it going alright? As for your medication, keep on drinking it daily. Once a day or whenever you have episodes. If you need refill's you have my email to just print out. Do you want to talk about something else before we part?"
"Oh oh! Me and mum will be going to Florida next week. We'll be staying over there for a month or so, how are we going to have sessions?"
"We'll just call over the phone Tommy, if that's alright with you."
"Alright! Bye Ms. Harley!"
"Bye bye Tommy."
Then the meeting ended. Tommy sighed and laid on his bed and started scrolling through reddit, he would laugh here and there but nothing really seemed out of the ordinary.
He didn't check youtube, nor twitter along with discord. He was trying to stay away from those for now.
"Tommy! Dinner!"
"Coming!!!"

"I also told her about the trip were going to go on."
Tommy tells his mom as he took another bite out of his chicken. Tommy's mom chuckled as she listened to her son's story about their session earlier.
"That's great Tommy. Though can you print out Ms. Harley's email later? We're going to go out tomorrow."
Tommy nodded as he continued eating his food. His mom, not far behind him. As time passed by, and little laughs can be heard they finally finished eating their food.
"I'll do the dishes mum. You go ahead and don't worry about those."
Tommy says as he stood up and took his mother's empty plate taking his plate as well.
"Thanks Tommy. I still gotta schedule us for tommorow's interview."
Tommy walked away with the plates, nodding to his mother as he proceeded to wash the dirty dishes.

As the night flew by Tommy slept fairly good. But before he did sleep, he was tossing and turning on his bed for a few hours.
He was used to it though, always getting less than 3 hours of sleep. It was fine, he always found a way how to make his energy last through a day.
"Toms. Wake up!"
His mother took the blankets off, and Tommy groans.
"I'm up..."
Tommy said as he sat up and stretched his limbs. His mother stood there waiting for him to adjust.
"Alright Toms, were gonns get our Visa's and Passports today. We'll go by the pharmacy to get a re-fill of your medications as well. So better print those papers Tommy."
His mom said as she walked out, but before she fully did..
"Also we have waffles for breakfast. Come on down after taking a bath and printing those papers."
His mom said then went down stairs, closing the door behind her. Tommy then got up and started getting ready for the day.
He went in his bathroom as usual and took his shower, afterwards he put on a blue shirt and took a sweater for him to wear later.
Then he went downstairs to be greeted by his mother once again, who was at the table eating a sandwich.
"Good morning Toms. Your sandwich is at the microwave."
"Aight, thanks mum."
Tommy thanked his mom. As he was waiting for the tiner to be done, he scanned the kitchen.
Then saw a knife. He stared at it, his breathing started to get faster, and his eyes watered.
Then, a man appeared and it seemed that he was holding a knife. The man's face was blurred out, and he was inching closer to Tommy.
Tommy stood there, frozen and tears flowing down his face.
"You selfish brat! I guess I need to remind you what it means to be my son eh?!"
The man shouted at Tommy. Tommy flinched then fell to the floor. The man was now over him. Next thing he knew the man was cutt1ng on Tommy's wrists.
Tommy screamed as loud as he can. Tommy shook off the man, as he disappeared in thin air. He stood up, holding his bleeding arm.
"No, no, no, WHERE'S MY PILLS?!"
Tomym says frantic. Then he saw it. He quickly grabbed it and shook it, a pill was taken out and Tommy took it.
After he did, he sat down on the floor, still visibly shaking. Then he felt warm. His mother was hugging him.
"Shhh... it's ok now Tommy... I'm here. Look.."
His mom says as she took Tommy's arm.
"No more blood. No more scary man."
His mom says as she comforts her son. Tommy hugged his mother like there was no tomorrow.
His mom took him to the sofa amd there he calmed down even more.
"You good now?"
Tommy's mom asked. Tommy nodded and his mom stood up to take his sandwich out the microwave.
"I hate these damn episodes..."
