As Tommy went to bed, thoughts flowed into his mind. It was true that he has not gotten a single episode in that day, but his thoughts kept interrupting his day which made it hard for him to effectively ignore his problems.

Tommy did not shut his eyes even once as the moonlight shone through the blinds. He did not speak, move or even blink for a while.

He was focused on his thoughts, and thoughts only. As he went deeper into the night, the thoughts only became worse. It started attacking him on so many different levels.

But to no surprise, Tommy doesn't budge. He had experienced it before, whenever his father would lock him in his closet. All alone in the dark, with nothing but himself.

He would stay there for a day or so, until his father would take him out only to feed him a measly bread. But before then, he would stay there quietly and he would not budge.

He was completely alone with his thoughts, and he found it almost comforting. It was something like, talking with yourself with your own problems.

And that someone could understand why you're feeling like this without even the need to open your mouth.

It was a wish come true to Tommy. He wouldn't want to change it for anything. He was content with his life, sure he can get episodes and freak the fuck out most of the time.

But it was a reminder that he survived something horrible, and is trying to have a normal life living like a teenager.

He knew he would have to tell his worsening sickness to his friends. He didn't want to keep them so much in the dark anymore.

The morning came and Tommy only got 2 hours of sleep, surprisingly he still felt like there was a lot of energy in him.

"Good morning Toms! We'll be having pancakes today. Go ahead and get ready, were gonna go to the beach!"

Tommy smiled at his mother, she knew Tommy loves going to the beach. Though she also knew how triggering it could be to Tommy.

They once went to the beach at London. Tommy had an episode at the middle of swimming and was hospitalized for a week. Tommy almost drowned that day.

Though Tommy now knows what triggers him and can handle it better now. Tommy only sits at the blankets with his mother if they ever go to the beach.

Tommy doesn't swim at the water anymore, he just sunbathes and reads some of his favorite pocket books he always brings.

"Alright, I'll get ready."

Tommy says as he stood up and went to get ready. His mother went out the room and went downstairs to eat breakfast with the others.

As motherinnit was chatting with Tommy's group, she decided to tell them that Tommy won't be getting in the water.

"Ok uh, Tommy won't be getting in the water when we arrive though."

"Aw why though?"

Tommy's mother eyes Dream, signalling him to answer Tubbo's question instead. Dream sighs as he nodded at her.

"As you know already Tommy is sick with something so he can't really enjoy the water that much guys."

Dream smiles sadly, Wilbur and Tubbo of course were confused and suspicous. What could possibly trigger an episode at the water?

They already agreed on what Tommy's illness was. But they were confused concerning his triggers. Though they only theorized one possible trigger, they were still confused.
