G R E E T I N G S

Aurora's POV 

"Watch where you are walking, mate!" yelled a man. The man turned around and his face changed. He smiled at me. He let his hand so he could help me up but I pushed it away and got up myself and brushed off my dress. 

"Well, I apologize for walking into you sir, but if you excuse me I have to find a very important person." I apologized and looked up to meet his gaze. 

This man was nothing I had in thought. He was a boy slightly older than me. His eyes were a chestnut brown like my hair and his smile was absolutely breathtaking. I think I stopped breathing a little from it. His hair was messy brown curls with sticks and leaves sticking out. I looked down and he was wearing a button shirt with brown ripped overalls and no shoes of course. His eyes were staring down at my grey ones and my eyes trailed down his lips, plumped and pink. He must have caught me staring at them because he licked them. 

"Kol Mikaelson love, and you are?" he asked with a smirk planted on his face. 

"Now why would I tell you my name when you so rudely bumped into me sir? '' I replied, I couldn't help but smile at the boy .

"If I don't recall, YOU ran into me and YOU fell on your OWN. I tried to help you on your feet but you pushed my hand away, love" he said with the same smirk on his face. I looked in his eyes and almost got lost but caught myself. 

"I suppose you are right, but stop calling me love! " I said to the boy walking away. 

"Okay LOVE where are you off to now?" He asked me following behind me. 

"I'm off to look for my grandmother, now run along Kol." I turned around to say and he was faced to me . His face was exactly 2 centimeters to mine. My breathe hitched a little as his eyes studied me. I gave him a shy smile and he turned us around and continue to walk. 

"Now darling, my mother would kill me on the platter if she found out I left a beautiful girl like yourself in the forest just wandering around. " he smiled interlocking my fingers with his. My stomach tightened when I looked down to see our hands together. 

"No, Kol you are fine, I know my way, I promise." I was lying. I didn't know my way and I wasn't going to let a beautiful boy like this into my village. 

What will my father think? What will the villagers think? That I left my grandmother for a boy.  Left my old Grandmother in the woods by herself? No I won't. 

I gave Kol a big smile and put my hand to his cheek. His face quickly relaxed to my touch, his face was cold as winter. I rubbed my thumb against his cheekbone and walked away. I glanced back and the boy gave me a wave and walked away. That man was effortlessy attractive, and he could do was just give a smirk and I'll go running off the hills. I ran and until I spotted the villages gates.

I ran inside and went straight to my Grandmother's cabin, I slammed the door open without knocking and there sat my Grandmother, with her legs crossed with each meditating in the middle of her floor with her eyes closed. 

"Grandmother, how dare you leave me in the forest by myself, You know I'm not familiar with it," I exclaimed. She kept her eyes closed as she lifted her finger in the air to motion me to shush. I quickly rushed over to her side and intertwined her and i's finger. 

As soon as I did that, a blur appeared in my mind. I tried to make the best of what I could seeit was red and shadowy. One image appeared,and it was people screaming and crying, running for their lives. There stood a strong man with a sword slitting poor peoples throat showing no remorse in his actions. Then I heard a little girl scream "NO!" 

Then another image appeared,  6 people stood on the boat as a woman and a man stood in front of them as the wind blew and the ocean swayed away. 

Then another image appeared, A girl falling on the floor screaming with her hands covering her ears as glass broke before her, her not even being fazed. Blue magic circled around her as she broke down crying in her own arms. She had chestnut hair just like mine.
