The Lord considered the work of His hand and found that it was good. Like Job, his faith servant of old, those that were faithful to Him and did not turn away, but prayed continually and listened for His will, deserved to be blessed. These two, Jalyn and Cadence, were generally good stewards of his blessings, and as He bestowed them upon His children, the Lord was pleased they were recognized for what they were almost from the moment in which they were received.

Satan stood in the wings as he considered the Lord's faithful.

"You will bless them, intending for them to succeed."

"That is my wish," the Lord agreed. "Their faith shines through to everyone they meet. Their hardships have tempered them and made them strong. It is my will that they enjoy my blessings because of that."

"Ummm," Satan said. "So be the will of the Lord. But with great blessings come great responsibilities ... and I still see places ahead where they may fail."

"Perhaps, but for now they have found their way. They are ready to move into the world with me at their side, and I, the Lord thy God, am pleased."
