A/N: The picture is basically what the Slytherins would've looked like, and yes, I made this and used Tom Felton's face a and hair. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
James' POV
Today was Tuesday, and as I walked down to the Great Hall for breakfast, I yawned and recalled the events of the previous night and the early morning of today. Very early morning. I only got about five hours of sleep, but I think it was worth falling asleep and getting the detention from McGonnagol. When I realised that the prank was meant to happen in a few minutes, a grin etched itself on my face and I felt more awake. When I got to the Great Hall, barely anybody was there apart from the Marauders and Lily.
"Good morning, Tiger-Lily." I said to her.
"Potter," She started in a warning voice, through gritted teeth, "at least call me Evans if you can't call me Lily."
"Okay, Evans. Good morning."
Suddenly, almost the whole school came down to the Hall. Not many Slytherins, though. I wonder why...
"Professor Dumbledore!!!!!" I looked at the direction of the voice, and saw Lucius Malfoy, a fifth year Prefect, storming up to the Headmaster, with what looked like half the Slytherin House behind him. The best bit was, that they were all painted bright pink. Head to toe. Hmm, I wonder who did it...
I looked over at Sirius, who looked like he was going to wet himself at the sight of his cousin, dyed pink and I joined in laughing hysterically. Soon, everyone, apart from some Slytherins and Lily were laughing (she wasn't laughing on the outside, but I could see her eyes lighting up when she saw a Slytherin in the corridor on the way to Charms), even the teachers. Well, not all the teachers, but Dumbledore was grinning, with a twinkle in his eye, Slughorn was booming loudly and even McGonnagol was smiling. Unfortunately, seeing as we were only first years, the dye wore off after a few hours, but it was fun while it lasted. We didn't even get in trouble, and I got the detention for falling asleep, not for the prank.
After class, we went to a tree by the lake, and planned even more pranks, which may or may not have included shaving the caretaker's head, dying Dumbledore's beard orange (Remus tried to object, but finally agreed with us), switching the Slytherin table's pumpkin juice for a potion that causes boils to erupt all over their bodies and charming all the stars on the ceiling (it would work in the evening) to look like tarantulas.
"Yes! We have to do that one on Halloween! I bet all the girls will scream their heads off." Sirius said.
"Yes, and maybe a certain red-head will jump straight into a certain four-eyed boy." Remus added.
"Who will gladly take her on his trusty steed and they will ride off into the sunset together." Joked Sirius.
"And they'll have twenty one kids and will live happily ever after." Butted in Peter.
"Ha ha." I said sarcastically.
After our little fairy tale time, we trudged up to our dormitory, and I fell asleep, dreaming of Lily.
------IN DREAMLAND------
I walked around, taking in everything. I saw a meadow, and on it stood a young man, who had hair like mine, and looked just like me, but then he turned around, and I saw that it was not me. The man had emerald green eyes, Lily's eyes, and he looked older than me. Next to him, in a dazzling white dress, stood a red head, who looked startlingly like Lily, but she was also older, and had bright brown eyes. It looked like it was their wedding.
"Do you, Harry James Potter take Ginevra Weasley to be your wife for all eternity, to love her and cherish her, through good and bad?" Said an old man, who looked very familiar. He was small, and had lots of wrinkles, so if I knew him, he was older. And then I realised, this man was called Potter. I was called Potter. If this looks like the future, it could be my son. But who was the mother?
"I do." Answered Harry, ripping me out of my day dream.
"And do you, Ginevra Molly Weasley take Harry Potter to be your husband, for years to come, to love him without end?"
"I do." Replied Ginevra. Was that her name? I can't remember. I'll just call her Ginny.
"You may kiss the bride." Announced the man, in a squeaky voice. Then it clicked. It was Professor Flitwick. The pair kissed, and I felt really happy, even though I didn't know them, and I looked around. I saw Molly Prewett, who used to come to my house, because our parents are friends, her sister, Alice, Frank Longbottom, Arthur Weasley, who I know also through posh pure-blood parties and a lot of red-head people. Next to them, stood two very pretty girls, one a few years older than me and one who was about twenty five. The older one was holding a blond toddler. Next to Molly, a boy, with hair changing from green to red to blue, of about four stood, holding hands with a bushy haired woman. The little boy had a familiar nose...
The scene changed, and then I saw the boy with blue hair from the wedding, standing in Hogwarts, waiting to be Sorted.
"Edward Lu-"
-----GOODBYE DREAMLAND-----
"James! Wake up! You'll miss breakfast!" I heard Sirius shout at me. I was so close to finding out who that boy was, I don't even know why I want to find out, but I do. Maybe I'll have that dream again...
"Aguamenti!" I heard the incantation and I was splashed with water, drenched from head to toe.
"SIRIUS!" I shouted, running around the Common Room after him. Oh, he's gonna get tickled so much he'll be begging for mercy.
"Rictusempra!"
And then Sirius Black was a mass of giggles.
A/N: Hey guys and guysettes. I'll post the next chapter in 5-7 days, but if I get three or more votes, I'll post it earlier.
