Police officer asks May, "So dear ma'am, what connections do you have with Peter Parker."
May sobs and replies "I was very close to Peter's Parents, after their unfortunate passing in a plane crash, Me and My husband Ben took care of him for years, when in a gunshot event my husband passed away, *May sheds tears*, and then I was the only one left for him, he is pure of heart, I dont believe he can kill someone like that"
The Officer replies, "I am sorry to hear that, well if you think your nephew did not do it you can hire a lawyer for his defence, and the sad thing is, If you don't hire one, your nephew would get sentenced to Jail, and a murder is not something you can bail out of easily."
"Yes..I would like to hire a lawyer."
"Alright, let me go and call someone." "Yes hello this is Officer Moody I would like to know the location of Peter Parker"
*Radio Statics*, "This is Officer Smith Peter Parker is in the interrogation room at Precinct no. 21".
Police looks at May and MJ, and says "Your nephew is fine, I will talk to a lawyer and he will be reporting straight to Precinct 21 if that is okay."
May Nods and says "Yes..Just please don't hurt him"
"Well I am not the judge of that, anyways you are free to go for now, if any further information is needed, we will call you."

*Meanwhile at Precinct 21...*
Peter in a low voice says, "Sir Listen I-
"FIRST QUESTION Mr. Parker, very straight forward, why did you kill Mysterio?"
"..I did not kill Mysterio sir, the drones shot him it was a suicide"
"A suicide huh? we have footage Mr.Parker and documental proof that the drones were yours, you access it through the EDITH glasses which were given by Tony Stark, to you...Mr.Parker..to you.
"I was trying to shut them off!"
"AFTER KILLING MYSTERIO!"
"He was not a good guy you dont understand he w-"
"I HAVE FOOTAGE!"
Peter stares in silence, looks down and releases his breath, and later says in a calmed tone "Sir, Mysterio used dif-"
*Door Opens*
A man in round sunglasses, grey suit and a walking stick enters in aggression. He says "Thank you officer I will take it from here."
The officer nods and walks out of the interrogation room.
Peter says, "Wha-"
The man interrupts, "Stop Talking Mr. Peter B Parker. My name is Matthew Murdock, and I am your attorney." Matthew Murdock closes his walking stick and stands in front of Peter.
After a few seconds of awkward silence, Peter says "I am sorry you are my..?"
"Attorney, Defense attorney, for the criminal courthouse judgement you're gonna face."
"H..How do you know my name? And I did not apply for any lawyer or some-"
"Your Aunt did, May Parker."
"Wh- LEAVE HER OUT OF THIS"
"Calm it Mr.Parker she has been sent home, she was just in interrogation for some questions."
*Peter rubs his head as a sign of distress and headache* "This is so bad, its unfair". Matt sits in front of Peter and says.
"So Peter, may I call you Peter?". Peter does not respond and stares down in silence.
"I will take that as a yes. Anyways, I know you did not kill Quentin Beck on purpose." Peter looks up and says
"You do? How? I did not tell you anything yet."
"Yeah well you see, you are Spider-Man, I can tell you are a good person, I have heard about you a lot, how you once saved a bus with a lot of people, how you once caught an Elevator and saved a bunch of your friends, how you managed to save the city from a plane crash. And you see, I can tell when you're lying or not...cause I have experience ofcourse. And I know your backstory before the death of Mysterio, I believe you."

"I will take care of that, till then you go home, relax."

Matt stares with no expression and says "You are free to go Peter, you may get up and leave, I will call you if something happens with your case.."

*Door opens* "Ready to leave Mr.Parker"
Peter looks at Matt, Matt is staring down with a plane expression.
"Ye..Yes" Peter gets up and leaves. He is taken to a Police car and driven home.
