MADI'S P.O.V
I awoke in a small apartment. It wasn't mine. I worried. The last thing I remember was being at the mall in Jai's arms sobbing. I panicked and shot up, sending a sharp pain through my stiff body. I creeped out of the bed and down the hall I went to turn the corner when I saw someone. I jumped back in surprise and terror then stood and watched. It was just Jai. He was holding clothes and a towel. He walked into the bathroom and I heard the door close but not lock. The toilet flushed and the water turned on and after a couple of moments I heard the shower curtain pull back. This was my moment. I walked down the hall and stopped in front of the bathroom. His scent was all in the air in this small apartment. I slightly opened the door and poked my head inside.
"Jai?" I asked as I heard his figure jump in the shower.
"Yes?" He said with a giggle.
"Mind if I come in?"
"No, not at all." I could hear the smile in his voice. I opened the door all the way and walked down the long bathroom to the toilet. I put the seat and lid down and sat down.
"I'm sorry." I said
"You say that to much." He said over the water.
"I know. I just I feel sorry. You don't deserve my problems yet I still flood you with them."
"I have problems too Madi. It's okay." He pokes his head out of the shower. The curtain doesn't close at the bottom and my eyes wonder down from is face.
"Um Jai. You might want to close that..." I smile. He blushes and pulls it close.
"Oops." His face is bright red. He pulls the curtain closed and I hear a shampoo bottle open then close.
"Why are you so... Loving and kind towards me?" I ask. I'm curious as to how he can put up with my behaviour.
"Reasons..." He replied.
"What reasons?"
"I love you, Madi. Always have, always will."
