Chapter 4 - Rhodes Island

" General Eisenfaust, it is time. " An assistant walked into the guest of where Eisenfaust was staying at." 

Ah, very well. Thank you. " Replying with a charismatic smile, he got up bringing his sword with him. " 

" No problem sir. " The assistant from Rhodes Island opened the door, bowing and allowing Eisenfaust to leave through it.

What he met was a magnificient sight, a massive space. So massive it felt like a small town, yet it was an illusion of sight.

" Magnificent! " Klein was overjoyed with the quality, the spectacle which was Rhodes Island. A broad smile was clearly shown as he took it all in.

Rows and rows of parts were shifted all around by mechanical arms, the walls were alive with life, Drones flew from dock to dock, carrying materials. Operators were moving around carrying boxes of equipment, Closure was overseeing the progress. Closure shifted her attention to the new comers from the Guest Room, " Yo! " Closure waved to gather their attention." The doctor is to the left. " Closure pointed to one of the secluded corners where Doctor was against the wall, it appears he was waiting.

" Thank you. " Waving back a thanks, he walked together with the rest to the Doctor.

" Doctor, good morning. " Eisenfaust offered a hand out to the doctor to shake.However Doctor was still leaning against the wall with his head down, arms crossed, Keeping his hands out for a handshake, Eisenfaust was feeling rather awkward. However one of the Rhodes Island operators, Blaze who was conveniently nearby spotted Eisenfaust and Doctor." Ah! Isn't it Steel Talons? Is it already time for the tour? "

" Yes. " Eisenfaust had his hand still out, awkwardly shifting it away. Blaze skipped over in quick steps, looking at the Doctor and immediately began to have a chuckle." Man, he always surprises me with where he sleeps. " Blaze raised her hand, and smacked the Doctor's back, causing the sleeping Doctor to get startled awake." Huh?! " Doctor staggered forward, massaging his back from where Blaze smacked." Could you use little less force? " Doctor said, grabbing his back in pain.Blaze teasingly smiled before walking away.Eisenfaust looked from the sides, visibly confused. ' He was sleeping in this loud enviroment?? ' 

Coughing, Eisenfaust gathered their attention." Pardon me, but you were going to show us around Rhodes Island. " 

" Right, I'm sorry, let us go. " Doctor stood up.Steel Talons followed Doctor who lead them through this open space, it was one of the Cargo Bays.While walking, a voice came from the Steel Talon group." Excuse me Doctor! " One of the Steel Talons recruits Eisenfaust had asked to follow stepped forward to ask.

" Yes? " 

" Are you a actual Doctor or a Commander? Your title is a Doctor but you take a Commander role! " 

" Haha, yes it is weird isn't it. I am technically not a Doctor, I am a researcher of Oripathy and I use that research to treat people who are infected, so I suppose my title Doctor, came from that. As for the Commander role, I simply was given it. " Doctor replied with a smile, it was a lukewarm answer and it did not even really answer anything!

"Private, he is the commander for Rhodes Island operations, he is famous for the battles he fought agaisnt Reunion." Eisen said towards the Private.

" My- My apologise! " The private hastily apologized.Doctor simply smiled.

" Anyways! " Doctor clapped, they had reached a double door. Prior to reaching this door, everything was a metallic white while this door was blue. " Due to people getting confused easily during their first ventures in Rhodes, we have color coded doors. " Opening the door and walking through it with the rest, Doctor continued." Blue, usually are for maintenance, storage or cargo areas. Yellow doorways are for Logistics and Research Labs. "While walking, they stumbled onto a Black double doorway. " That, is the Dormitory doorway. " Doctor pointed to it, continuing. " That is not for now however. " He said with a smile, walking down the corridor and taking a right turn down the corridors.
