Eisenfaust: "This is the map of Newark. The western district has the hospital, a couple bit of business buildings, some apartments and lots of housing for people, the police station, local district court, a couple of garages and other places are here. " 

 " This is the most accessible place of Newark for people, since almost half the people live there, the rest is either at the east and south, or they live in the central area, where a lot of high rise apartments and offices exist. " 

 " In the east, it's the village kind of area, where there's lots of traditional areas like shrines and stuff like that. The eastern district is technically the largest area in the entirety of Newark if you don't count the sea, which is in the south. " 

 " The military base is at the north, the city has a fixed vector point which means the city cannot rotate even when moving, this is because the sea. " 

 " While moving if Newark begun to turn while the artificial sea is active and in use it could generate waves that would sweep and crush those underneath them, so we'll have to properly schedule and map out the course Newark is going to go to. " 

 " Then give the schedule to people who oversee the Artificial Sea area. "

Doctor: "That means that the eastern area is kind of underdeveloped, Isn't it?"

Eisenfaust: "Yes, but the people who live there prefers it that way. The central area has 2 parts, the inner parts where it's just a bunch of tall buildings and the outer parts, which is still urban but it's not that crowded. Well, let's go have a tour on the inside of this military base."

"This is the command center, where every single operation is monitored in. If you're wondering about history, ask that later to Arthur Lance, the mayor and lead scientist in the whole city."

"This place is also the place where Intel is stored, in a terminal called STICK. Steel Talons Informational Control and Knowledge Terminal. The reason why it has Knowledge in its name is because that this is the place where interface and research data is stored."

Doctor: "Interfaces? Like PRTS kind of stuff?"

Eisenfaust: "No. Personal Interfaces. For Base Interface, it's stored in the Central Data Management Sysem. Personal Interfaces are interfaces that reads the status of a person, including their locations and their health status. There are two types of interface, internal and external. Internals are the ones implanted inside the head or the back of someone. These can read brain info and interact with the user."

"External ones are the one worn by people, whether it's a glasses or an earpiece as a sound interface, these come with brainwave sensors that can detect the status of the user. Base Interface is the interface that the whole base is using, Just like PRTS from Rhodes Island. The current base interface is MANTIS, Multipurpose Advanced Neural Transmission Interface System. It's considered Neural Interface since the Interface has a working self conscious controllable AI."

Doctor: "Okay, I understand."

Eisenfaust: "Well, we're going to the training grounds next."
