Finishing their dinner and continues their conversation, Kris suddenly stand up abruptly and announced something.
"Alright! Since we are all here, me and my twin bro have information... Bro, want to break the information to them?" Kris questioned her brother. He replied with a shake of his head signalling 'no' and continue listening to his music.
"Alright then- So, you guys have heard of the rumor talking about our new school opening, right?" Kris continued speaking. Everyone just reluctantly nodded.
"Well... The rumors were true! And the school wanted us to go back to the school!" Kris continued with happy tone while everyone sit there in shocks, well, not Will, Attha, or Aline.
"Hell no!" Sky whisper shouted while the others still looking shock, some seems to be nodding at Sky's word.
"Hah- Jokes on you guys, me and Aline isn't really in your school so sucks to sucks-" "You guys are also in this program." Attha replied mockingly only to be cut off by the desperate news from Kris.
The air is tense and silencing everything that is around them.
- Time Skips -
"Well, they ain't wrong when they say that this school is like a living nightmare." Aline said approaching the school, Emerald High Academy. The appearance of the school is a mess, some buildings' walls have a horrible color scheme. There is some worker's equipments and stuff like that, kinda blocking the school windows. Although, the dorms and the garden looks so clean and not messy unlike the main school buildings.
Sky, Aline, and Ashley then noticed more vehicles started to come to the front gate of the school. Some were their long elementary school friends, some are new students they aren't familiar with. While they are all in a conversation, a fancy vehicle shows up, and when the door opened, there is Attha and his friend's school. Some people are either shock, unimpressed, or irritated. Sky however just smiled at him and waved him over to where Ash, Aline, and her were. He noticed it and runs toward them with a simple, shy smile. After having some greetings and conversation, soon their other friends join in. Ran, Cathy, Queen, Hunter, and you know, the people from the dinner last night.
The students suddenly hear the gates of the front school opened and everyone expect for the principal to be there but no. It's their friend and the school apprentice, Cherleen or Cherry.
"CHERRY BELL~!!" Kris run to hug her and she accepted the hug.
"Hey, Kristobell~ Also," The girl released the hug and look back to the students. "Welcome students of this academy! Whether you are new to this school or not, I, Cherleen or you can call me, Cherry, will be your guide to through this academic years! Please, everyone head to the auditorium to meet the principal! " Cherry announced loudly with a slight cheery and friendly voice.
While everyone seems to follow the orders, a group of friends wanted to talk to their dear, old friend.
ඞ Aline's POV ඞ
"Damn Cherry! You are looking fine right now, but seriously though, how have you been dear old friend?" I slightly joke and questioned her. I could feel an irritated stare on the back of my head, wait no, jealousy? I slightly look back and saw Ran suddenly turn his head away and I can see his ear slightly turns red for a bit.
"Ha Ha, very funny Lin Lin. Also, I have been feeling alright, even after before this school opened up again." Cherry replied.
"Which reminds me, we should head to the auditorium quickly before the principal's speech is over lol~" She continued talking.
The sound of agreements is in the air and everyone start walking to the auditorium. While everyone is walking, Cherry pulls me to the back of the chatty group and talked to me.
"Hey, I noticed something change from you..." Cherry start the conversation.
"Really? Is it good or bad thing?" I answered quite nervous.
"Don't worry, it's a good thing... You look slightly more prettier that even Ran boy keeps looking at you when I pull you to this conversation lol-" She continued while I just process what she just say, looking down with a little, bright blush.
'Woah, Ran, glancing at me? NO WAY- It's too good to be true-' While I process everything, I look up a bit, and saw Ran jolted surprised before turning his head away, and start talking to Will again. Will's face showing 'boy what the hell boy' look. I couldn't help but giggled a bit at the sight.
"Ooooooooooooo~ What did I just saw? A giggle? From the so call miss stoic face?" Cherleen commenting after my giggle. I feel like my blush start to rise again.
"I am not that cold looking face! I'm just quiet and shy, and you know it!" I pouted a bit.
Well, she isn't that wrong about my stoic face. I am usually quiet in class and just approach people that I know deeply. I try being friendly once, well, key word try. The person ended up being a coward and just leave me be while I faced the bullies in my school. Thank goodness a student report it to the teachers or else things might get bloody.
That student, is Cherry.Cherry has always been the talk of the class, whether it is good talks or bad talks. Some students who don't know her deeply would mistaken her as an angel, but after knowing her for a bit, well, she's still an angel, but with her forbidding the angel's rules, such as no swearing, no foreshadowing, and some others like that.
She is my first friend in that elementary school, after that, the others joined in as well, slowly, but steadily, through our hardship and tough days... Our friendships keeps flowing like a river.
"Well, here we are, the auditorium. Everyone head inside, I might need to talk to the stage manager for a bit.." Cherry's words interrupt my wandering mind. We have arrive at the front door of the big auditorium and I didn't noticed it.
While everyone decided on where to sit, 'who sits with who', 'where is the seatings' and other stuff, someone poked me on the shoulder. I looked over to see, Ran? Oh wow, that's a surprise of a lifetime.
"Oh hey Ran.. Need something?" I smiled trying to hide my excitement face.
"Well... Since the others are talking about seating partners.... I was thinking maybe.. We could sit together?" He replied questionably.
'OH MY FLIPPIN CRACKER YESYESYES AAAAAAHHHHHHHH-' "Of course! That'll be splendid!" I replied smiling, trying to really hide my excitement and restrain myself to not bounce up and down like a child getting excited for candies immediately.
"Great! We should find the seatings now!" He replied again, holding my hand, and walked ahead of our friends' group.
He's holding my hand.
. . . . . . . . . . . .
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH-
ඞ Normal POV ඞ
While everyone is arguing of who is sitting with who, they noticed Ran have pulled Aline with him. Aline seems that she can't compute anything that's happening but wow, she's a blushing mess while Ran have a tint of blush on his cheek.
The friends were silence a bit. ( A/N : Mmmmm, I smell jealousy somewhere-)
Sky broke the silence saying,
"Wow... Way to make the first move man-"
Prologue (2) ended.
