Charlotte's POV

I ran to my room and burst into tears. I heard footsteps from outside my room and there was a knock at my door. "Who is it?" I sniffed.

"It's your grandmother, dear." she said from the other side of my door.

"Oh, come in." I said as she walked in, tears in her eyes.

"I know your sad. I loved you mother and father very much. Your mother as my daughter and your father felt like a son I never had. I miss them too." she smiled as she hugged me gently when my phone buzzed. The contact read 'Asty😍' and I chuckled slightly as I read the text.

"Hey hope ur ok. I didn't mean to make u upset. Text me back? Axx"

Aww that's so sweet. "Who is it, dear?" she asked.

"Oh, a friend." I smiled. She kissed my forehead and closed the door and I replied to the text.

"Hi, Yh I'm fine. It just brings back bad memories. 😞 Thanks for understanding xx"

I went downstairs and poured some orange juice into a glass and walked into the front room. I switched the TV on and started to watch "The story of Tracy Beaker". Don't judge, I'm upset. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.

"Ahh, what now?!" I sighed to myself. I opened the door to see Lil.

"Hi Charlie." she smiled and looked into the house. "Your not seriously watching that are you? I thought you were 15 not 5!."

"I'm a bit upset. How was the doctors?" I asked sympathetically.

"It was ok. Why are you upset?" She asked as we sat on the sofa and I turned off the TV.

"Aston knows."

"Oh, how does he know? Did you tell him?"

"No, JJ told him. I only just became friends with him, I wasn't ready for him to know." I whispered quietly and Lily hugged me.

"It's ok. I'm sure he won't tell anyone besides I think he likes you." she said excitedly. I have her a 'really' look.

"Really? I don't think so." I chuckled.

"I've seen the way he looks at you and how he reacted when Brad was hitting on you." she smirked.

"Lily! It's only been one day!" I cried, chuckling.

"Yeah, he might have liked you all along." she said nudging me.

"No. Have you seen him? He is gorgeous and fit and everything and I'm the complete opposite." I sighed but smiled when I was talking Aston. "Plus, he is an amazing singer."

"Ahh, well you owe me if I'm right." she said sticking her tongues at me.
