Spectacular Spider-Man Season 3 (Continuation)

Episode 1: Power and Control

"Another cold night in New York, I need a little action to get me warmed up." Spider-Man perches on the edge of a building, as the cold breeze hits his face. "Yee haw!" He jumps off doing a flip and swinging with his usual grace while the streets of New York watch him, some watching their hero swing above them, then some screaming the usual, "Get out of here web-head."
*BOOM*
Three average crooks run out of a building they have blown up. "We need to get outta here before the wed-head shows up! Quickly get in the car."
As the crooks hurry to the car a familiar red and blue face lands on the street lamp above them.
"If you don't want to catch my attention, recommendation don't blow up a building when i'm in the neighbourhood."
Spider-man kicks one of them in the face, as the other two crooks pull out their guns. "Woah woah, fellas? Guns that's practically cheating." Spider-man yoinks them out of their hands with his web-shooters.
"The boss is going to kill us boys, get him!." All three of them charge at Spider-man from different angles. Spider-man does a flip causing all three of them to jump into each other.
"Jeez starting to miss some actual action, as soon as Gobby leaves it's back to amateur hour." Spider-man lands back down on the ground and webs the crooks together.
"So which one of you is going to tell me who your boss is, would make my life simple." Spider-man proceeds to walk over them trying to be menacing.
"I ain't saying nothing web-head, you don't scare me. You only punch us around but if we say a word the boss will kill us." One of the crooks says with a bit of fear in his words thinking of his boss.
Sirens start to blare as two police cars appear, with a familiar face exiting one of the cars. "Spider-Man, looks like you did my job for me again."
"It's no biggy Captain Stacy just the usual amateurs."
"We ain't no amateurs Spider-Man! I swear when the big man gets to yo-." A web stops his next words from coming out of his mouth. The other two crooks start laughing at their fellow colleague, which leads to both of them getting a similar fate.
"The big man? I thought he was gone?" Spider-man goes to rip off the web off one of the crooks face but a arm grabs him on the shoulder. "Let me deal with them Spider-Man, it's 10:37Pm, i'm sure you have plans in the morning, no?"
"Oh ehm yeah." Spidey then proceeds to remember about his curfew. "I GOTTA GO."
Spider-man swings away not realising Captain Stacy's ominous question. He calls Aunt May on his phone. "Peter, Peter? Where are you it's past your curfew."
"Sorry Aunt May i'm nearly home." Peter continues to swing and do tricks in the air while on the phone to Aunt May. "This is the 4th time this week Peter, you got to take responsibility." Aunt May hangs up.
Next Day
Peter walks into school, these days he doesn't talk much. Gwen and Peter haven't talked much since Normans funeral. Harry has ignored Peter since he found out his feelings for Gwen. Liz has tried to apologise for getting mad at Peter for breaking up with her but she can never get the words out. On the positive note Flash has actually improved.
"Hey Puny Parker." Flash walks over to Peter with a limp as his foot still healing.
"Yeah what's up Flash?" Peter closes his locker and looks up at Flash due to their big height difference.
Flash gets into a more relaxed posture and whispers to Peter. "Thank you."
"For what? Or am i forgetting somethi"- Peter stands in confusion but gets cut off by Flash.
"For getting me a date." Flash proceeds to walk away down to his locker to Randy.
Peter thinks to himself. Eugene thanking me for getting him a date, huh what odds.
Scene Changes to class
"Power and Control. Liz, any idea on why this is such a massive factor to criminology?" Captain Stacy walks around the room overlooking his class.
"I'm not sure Mr Stacy." Liz says with her distinct accent. She's not been feeling like herself since her and "Petey" broke up.
"Can anyone help Liz out? No one?" Captain Stacy looks around the room eventually coming to Peter. "Not even you Peter? I'd expect you to know due to your and Spider-Mans relationship."
Peter thinks in his head before he speaks. I've never shown to have a relationship with Spider-man, well I mean myself. I've only ever took pictures of Spider-man is that what he means? Or does he know? No that's impossible. "No sir I don't know."
Liz looks up at Peter with her puppy eyes but Sally catches her and kicks her in the leg which catches Liz off guard. "There's no way your getting back with him again I won't allow it." Sally whispers into Liz's ear with a threatening but with her usual over exaggerated voice.
"Well you see class, many top gang leaders; for example the Big Man like to take over areas of New Yor-" Peters head starts to ring, he mumbles to himself. "Spidey Sense but what could happen here i'm in school."
*BOOM*
A block of Apartment Buildings beside the school blow up, which causes a lot of screaming in the classroom. "Everyone calm down! Peter where are you going?" Peter gets caught running out of the classroom the shot zooms into his face to show half a Spider-man mask over it. "I got to take photos for the Bugle." Everyone looks over at Peter stunned at how his first thought isn't to panic but to take pictures. It gives everyone a bit of a confidence booster but gives Captain Stacy the closure he needed.
Peter rushes out of the school and down an alleyway changing into costume.

"Okay let's set you up here." Peter puts his camera into position then proceed to swing down to the scene and sees, "Gobby is that you? When did you go orange. Or is this the new Goblin fashion sense?" A menacing figure stands on a glider reminiscent of the Green Goblin.
"AHaa Spider-man not the green goblin, no no. I'm something more AHAaa."
The building that was blown up catches fire and screaming occurs from inside the building.
"OHhh looks like you got yourself into a bit of a pickle Spider-man, catch me if you can AHAAa."
The mysterious green goblin copy cat flys off and Spider-man is about to go after him but a voice comes from behind him.
"Spider-man there's people inside that building!" Gwen stacy comes running out of the school saying, with the entire school behind her.
Spidey thinks to himself. Another building blown up and another Goblin, is this really the big man.
Spider-Man rushes into the building making bits of his suit catch on fire.
"WHERE ARE YOU." Spider-man screams at the top of his lungs as he inhales more smoke making it difficult to breathe. He busts down a door to see a man, a woman and what seems to be their child.
"Spider-man get us out of here please!" The floor collapses in the middle of the room causing the child to fall. Spider-man shoots a web at his hand catching him.
"Okay folks let get you lot out of here." Spider-man smashes the window and gets ready to propel them out of with his webs. "Always remember to keep your arms tucked in and have a nice flight; please come again." The three of them launch out of the building and Spidey shoots a web breaking their fall. He then jumps out the window himself as a gas tank from the building blows up behind him causing the back of his suit to get destroyed. He face plants onto the street.
"Ouch" Flash thompson comes running over helping his idol up. "Well if it isn't my biggest fan." Spider-man says with pain in his voice a bit of his mask got burnt off at his eye piece revealing his eye.
"You remember me. OH YEAH GUYS, he remembers me! Well who could forget the amazing Flash Thompson." Flash says proudly flexing his muscles as everyone just stares. An applaud starts. "Yay spider-man!" The entire school starts to clap as the emergency services show to the scene.
"And that is my cue to leave." Spidey swings off and grabs his camera while changing back into his usual blue top and brown trousers with his bag to match. He runs back over to his class and Gwen runs over to him and hugs him.
"Oh my god Peter you scared the living hell out of me." Gwen then proceeds to give him the look and Liz and Harry look over in disgust.
"Well I got the pictures so I think i'm good." Peter says with a smile.
Peter proceeds to think in his head. But who is that new goblin, today was a win for Peter but I need to find out who that goblin is. Is Norman back from the dead? No that's impossible I watched him die.
Mary Jane walks over. "Hey tiger; you scared all of us you know. You got some bravery with that camera." She says with her usual romantic tone.
"Hey Puny Parker, Spider-Man actually knows who I am! He called me his biggest fan and you missed it."
"Oh wow Flash, such a shame that I missed it." Peter gives a small grin while laughing inside his head.
Scene changes to the Daily Bugle
"RUBBISH, ALL RUBBISH! Jonah screams at the top his lungs while looking at Peter's pictures.
"Ohhhh I do like this one though." Jonah looks at a picture of Spider-man face planting the floor with his suit ripped to shreds.
"Do you really have to use that one." Peter quickly says back with a small bit of desperation. He is kinda fed up with Jonah always giving Spider-man slander.
"PARKER IF YOUR NOT OUT OF MY OFFICE IN 5.6 SECONDS THEN YOUR FIRED, NOW GET OUT OF HERE!" Jonah points towards the door with his proud posture as he giggles to himself looking at the photo.
Betty walks over to Peter and hands him a check.
"Thanks Betty."
Scene changes to Spider-Man swinging across New York
"A New Goblin is in the City and I don't know who he is or his next move. The big man is supposedly back and the New Goblin and those crooks both targeted random buildings in the same area of New York. It has to be connected somehow."
Scene Changes to the Big Man in a new office
"AHAAAaa I want my cash Tomby now give it to me." The Goblin alike crashes through the window while Tombstone sits in his seat facing away from the Goblin.
"The Hob-Goblin, you will get your money when you crush that Spider." Tombstone slowly turns around facing him with his stern look on his face.
"No No No Tomby that wasn't our deal HAhaa, we agreed on me blowing up that building so you can buy it out. I want my cash now Hahaa." The Hob-Goblin takes out a Pumpkin Bomb as security runs into the room.
"I'll be back Tomby." The Goblin flys out of the room as security shoots at him.
