I have two backstory options for this one but they are both pretty much the same. The second one involves you being Bucky's kid.
You are a hydra experiment they took you when you were young. Your parents owed them and when they did not pay up hydra came and killed them then took you.
Or
Bucky is your dad, your mother was a girl he went out with before he was shipped to England during the war. When hydra found out about you they stole you from your mother when you were around 3. They took you to the same base as Bucky and decided to use you as an experiment. Bucky is the only reason you are still alive and sane he protected you and comforted you, he was the best dad he could have been in that situation. Every time Bucky was put on ice so were you, the agents did not want to deal with you. The only times you were out of the ice without Bucky is after an injection so they could see how it affected you. Also they oftentimes left you out of ice a day or two longer then Bucky to alow you to age. They also knew you wouldn't cooperate unless you knew he was okay.
Hydra injected you with multiple different serums each trying to do something different. When all the serums mixed together you gained what could only be described as nightmare powers.
Powers consist of:
Black/dark magic (wisps of black smoke that show when using telichenisis)
Ability to create and give nightmares (create nightmares in the form of illusions and to give an individual person a nightmare based on their fears)
Create evil beings or things someone would see as a 'Villain'
Related to powers:
When using a lot of magic your vains start to glow black through your skin.
When creating nightmares or villains your eyes turn black.
You escaped hydra with The Winter Soldier. Depending on who you want your love to be your age can be different. For example Peter Parker 14 or 15 no love intrest or Pietro Maximoff early 20s anyone's else between 25 and 45 depends on the person.
I thought this idea was really cool and if you don't like the hydra background you could still use the powers.
