*AN* Hey guys this is Coco here! Finally uploaded the first chapter. I wonder how many people were curious to read this story. So Tofu and I decided to try to upload a chapter a week. We are not so sure what day yet but when we do decide on a day, I'll notify you guys!(: Well here is the first chapter!

Chapter 1 New Girls In Town
Katherine AKA Kat's POV
My alarm woke me up at 6 AM and I knew that it’s time to get out of bed. Today’s the first day of school for my sister and me and I’m pretty scared. We are going to be attending Parkrose High school in Oregon. To be honest, I don’t really want to go because school means socializing with other people, but as long as my sister’s with me, I know I will make it through.
My sister and I are fraternal twins. Kim has beautiful violet eyes while I have a pair of gleaming hazel eyes. Kim has a fit body and has curves in the right places. I, on the other hand, have the nicer hourglass figure. She is 5’5’’ towering me by one inch. The only similarity that we have is our brunette hair. Even the similarity has a difference because her hair is longer than mine.
We live in a rundown condo. Although it’s not nice and pretty, we’re thankful for the fact that we have shelter over our heads.
It took me about 10 minutes to get ready. I decided to wear some worn out blue jeans along with a white shirt and a short baby pink cardigan; I wore my ankle high black boots to match, and today, I decided to leave my hair down. I went downstairs to prepare breakfast. I made our favorite breakfast, which was omelette. When I was done making breakfast, I went upstairs to wake up my sister, Kim. Kim is not a morning person and she hates waking up in the morning. When I went into her room, she was still sound asleep being cozy under her blanket.
I knelt down besides her and called her name, while poking her cheeks.
“Kim. Wake up. If you don’t wake up now, we’re going to be late on our first day of school,” I said softly.
Kim’s eyes fluttered open and when she saw my face, she smiled.
“Good morning sis,” Kim said sleepily.
“Good morning. Hurry up and wake up or else your omelette is going to get cold,” I said.
As soon as she heard the word omelet, she quickly jumped out of bed and got ready. She wore a simple long sleeved black shirt with some spikes on her shoulders. She wore a pair of grey camouflage pants along with some gold bracelets; like me, she had her hair down today. She wore her brown combat boots along with it to complete her outfit. When she was done, we went downstairs and quickly ate our breakfast.
After we finished breakfast, we grabbed our bags and went to school. Kim just got her license a while ago before we left home and is now driving our brother’s red Ferrari. You may think how it is possible for two teenage girls who live in a rundown condo to have a red Ferrari. Well, right before we left, we kind of “borrowed” our brother’s car. That’s how we were able to move to this state.
Throughout the whole ride, my body and mind were nervous. Unlike my sister, I am not the type of person who likes to socialize. I am the type of person who is shy and likes to keep to myself, but when I have my sister with me, I know I would be fine.
Kim went into the school parking lot and parked at an empty space. When we got out of the car, everyone looked towards us. I took a quick glance at Kim to see how she was feeling and she looked expressionless.
“She wasn’t scared? Well of course not. She’s been protecting me her whole life, so why would she be,” I said to myself.
We walked to the school’s main entrance and headed towards the main office. While walking to the main office, I felt everyone’s eyes on us. My body went stiff from the stares that we were getting and I guess Kim figured it out because she felt the uneasiness of my presence.
“It’s okay Kat. You’re doing great. As long as I’m here, nothing will happen to you,” Kim whispered so that only I could hear her.
“Okay,” I mumbled.
I knew that Kim will always stick to her words and so I told myself that everything will be alright. When we got to the office, we went to the front desk to ask for our schedules.
“Umm. Excuse me Miss. We’re new here and we would like to get our schedules,” Kim said.
“Give me your names,” said the woman at the front desk.
“Katherine Grace Winters and Kimberly Margaret Winters,” Kim said.
The lady at the front desk started typing something onto her computer. Then a few seconds later, she printed out two pieces of paper. She handed us our schedule, the map of the school and our locker number.
“Here you go. Have a nice first day of school,” she said with a smile.
I saw that my locker number was 284. When I looked at my schedule, I saw that I had:
1st period – AP English (Ms. Daniels)
2nd period – Math Honors (Mr. Smith)
3rd period – Art (Mrs. Rose)
Lunch
4th period – AP US History (Mr. Westfield)
5th period – PE (Mr. Spencer)
6th period – Physiology Honors (Mrs. Bryans)
Hoping that Kim will have the same schedule as I do, I asked her for her schedule and so she gave it to me. Her schedule was:
1st period – AP English (Ms. Daniels)
2nd period – Math (Ms. Harper)
3rd period – Art (Mrs. Rose)
Lunch
4th period – Physiology (Mr. Stone)
5th period – PE (Mr. Spencer)
6th period – US History (Mrs. Levvings)
“What’s your locker number?” Kim said.
“284. What’s yours?” I said
Kim smiled at me and told me that her locker number was 283. “Do we have any classes together?” Kim asked.
“We only have English, Art and PE together?” I said in a despondent tone.
After finding out that Kim wasn’t in all of my class, I knew that my day here at school wasn’t going to be a good one.
