BGYO's thoughts on 'THE BADDEST'

(This interview came from ACEs Manay and ACEs Wahida's BGYO YT reactors event wherein they ask questions to the BGYO members about their thoughts regarding their recent comeback 'THE BADDEST'. Some of their answers in the interview were answered in TagLish [tagalog/english mix] language thus I have to translate them all in english, pardon if ever there are some grammatical errors in my translations)

1.) What was your reaction when you find out about the concept of your comeback 'THE BADDEST'?

GELO: "When I first saw the concept, I was very excited because that's my favorite style or genre when it comes to dancing or even singing"

NATE: "For me, I was very excited because in the briefing of the music video and they're showing the plot or the storyline it's very expensive and it's new"

AKIRA: "I was super excited but nervous at the same time because it's different from the light, it's more like darker than the light"

MIKKI: "For us, it's a new dope, and it's a new style for BGYO"

2.) How was the experience of shooting the MV of 'The Baddest' and working with Liza Soberano?

NATE: "The experience shooting the MV, uh it was very, it was like the next level, like the shooting, the process because working with youmeus team it's very smooth, it runs smoothly and it's like effortless. The only thing you have to face is the weather condition. The shooting, the plan and the schedule is very easy because of youmeus"

MIKKI: "I think the hardest part of the shoot was mostly on dancing because we have to run a lot of times and it's um very hot"

JL: "But the other shots is very smooth but the dance is so hard because of the wind, its too windy, it made it harder"

AKIRA: "The time when we got to meet ate Liza Soberano because we don't know who Haliya is we are all suprised to see her"

3.) Favorite/memorable moment on set when filming 'The Baddest'

GELO: "The part of the MV when we are running, we talk that we should do it in slow motion, so we do it on purpose, but we're supposed to just run normally"

AKIRA: "The one when we're walking when we're in one line then we are walking towards the camera, it's so funny because the team BGYO and the team youmeus is on the side and while we are walking the camera caught the people behind and they are also running so that the camera won't capture them. It was funny because they are laughing while we are walking"

JL: "My favorite part was when we are in the abandoned airplane and we are running. The sun sets already it was like around 6pm and we still have to dance there even if the floor is wet but we were still able to do so"

4.) How was it to take part of some of the works, like the graffiti and lyrics?

MIKKI: "For me the experience um, I didn't expect it to happen for the logo, because kuya Danyl just messaged me and then I was like 'oh really? okay, okay then i'll send'. I didn't know that the management would approve it so i'm so thankful for that"

AKIRA: "Um for me, writing the lyrics is very nerve-wrecking because it's your words that you put into the art and actually I didn't expect that they will approve the line, that they will include the line. I'm very happy and very thankful to the management, to our coaches, because they like the lines that we put in the rap part"

GELO: "I'm happy and proud to all those who help, that we are able to contribute. Also, I am happy because I was able to show my artistic side of writing and it was my first time doing it for the group"

5.) Message to everyone who supported 'The Baddest'

AKIRA: "uh we just want to thank all of the ACEs, all of the reactors, all the content creators that helped us promote 'The Baddest'. We won't be able to achieve all of our goals and all the blessings that we are getting if it wasn't for all of you, who are one of the reasons why we are here and 'you really are the baddest of them all'"

MIKKI: "Also, I want to say thank you for promoting us to different people, around the world, like to other reactors from other countries and we wouldn't be able to reach those countries without the help of you guys so we just want to thank you so much for that"

NATE: "Thank you because we know there's a lot of stuffs getting released and there's a lot of guestings, appearances and content for you guys to support and watch. Thank you for never getting tired of us because you know it's hard to balance school and stanning BGYO, so thank you"

Who's most likely to (additional game)

1.) Who usually stays up late : Gelo said that he is a night person and I can't sleep early.

2.) Who has the best smile : Gelo and Mikki was the one being point at then they explain. For Mikki he said that his best smile is no smile (like poker face) then Gelo said that his best smile is when it is not fake and when his gums are showing

3.) Most likely to forget something very important : they all pointed at Akira. Aki then explained that sometimes there are a lot of things that are messed up in his mind thus there are times that he wasn't able to forget somethings but sometimes he then remembered when it is already too late like when they were already inside the van or in a place.

4.) Related to 'The Baddest' - who is most likely to join the secret service as an agent : Gelo pointed at JL then he said that JL has a lot of secrets.

5.) Still related to 'The Baddest' - who is the baddest of them all? :
Akira answered all the BGYO members and all the ACEs, same answer for all.
