"Hi!" I smile and wave at Katie! She smiles and waves back.
"Hi!! OMG OMG!! WTF HAPPENED?" oh yeah! I just remembered! She wants me to explain what happened! Well how the hell do I do this then?
"Weeelll... Johnnie Gilbert was told by the reception lady that he had to show me around school because I was " his type" (I say this and do speech marks with my hands). I don't fan girl or anything I just act like its no big deal... Until he see's my bag...and then my bracletes! He asks me if I'm a fan and I scream yes and then we get talking bout our fave bands and that! He says that he's seen some of my YouTube videos and that he likes them!" Katie was staring at me in awe and when I mention the bit about YouTube she jumps up and down on her seat like a little child! "But I'm sure he was just saying that!"
"No! When has Johnnie ever lied huh? And can I just say this but I never knew that Johnnie went to this school!" Katie exclaims
"I guess... but you've got to be kidding me? You never knew that the Johnnie Gilbert went to your own fucking high school?!" I scream at Katie!
"No I promise you!"
"Oh OK well you do know now!!" I say
"Continue!!" She says like a little child
"OK OK! Anyway so we go to the office and I get given my locker key and Johnnie takes me to my locker. As he shows me round school he tells me bout warped tour and Bryan and meeting all those bands and that shit! And he asks me bout myself so I tell him bout my YouTube channel and what life was like back in Ohio!"
Should I tell her bout the hug? And about lunch? I've only just met her so I don't know if I can trust her or not! My heart starts to beat as I do think about that! JOHNNIE FUCKING GILBERT HUGGED ME AND ASKED ME TO SIT WITH HIM AT LUNCH!!!
AW fuck!
"Um and then we were in a maths classroom I think and we were just messing around when the bell went and Johnnie asked me a question... He asked me if I wanted to sit with him at lunch!!?" I screamed!! Me and Katie start to jump up and down and chant "I'm (Violets) sitting with Johnnie at lunch!!"
"Wait! I'm gonna ask him when he picks me up to take me to my next lesson if you can sit with me!" I say to Katie who has returned to her seat.
"You wouldn't! AW yes please!!" She says the light glistening in her eyes!
"Oh wait... There's more! Before I left to come here...Johnnie hugged me!" I scream.
This is too much for me and Katie to bear! The thought that we are going to (hopefully) both eat lunch with our idol and that I got hugged and that we all go to school with him just fills me with so much happiness! I don't think that school has ever made me this happy before!
The bell rings so I stand up and search for Johnnie in amongst the crowd.
