Chapter 10

I look at Iris, my mind spinning by what she just told me. She scoops my face with her hands, making me look into her eyes.

"Tiana. We were wrong about him. He never wanted to harm you. Yes, he hid it from you and I will make sure he will be sorry for it but he's not evil. He loves you. I'm sure of it. Give him a chance."

I look at her, nodding absently.

Then there's a knock on the door, Iris lookes at me and I nod. Then she turns to the door.

"Come in."

And with that the door opens and Luke comes in, his gaze lowered to the ground.

"Are you girls done?"

Iris nods and looks at me.

"Will you be okay?"

She asks me, concern in her voice.

I nod.

"Yeah. You go talk to Elliot. He has a right to know what happend."

I give her a smile and she nods, getting up. She stops infront of Luke, her eyes serious as she pokes his chest.

"You better be nice to her. Don't dare hurting he again."

He nods, seeming intimidated by her. Never would have thought, I would see the great Luke being intimidated by a woman.

I chuckle to myself, making them look at me. Luke then quickly get his composure back, shoving Iris off.

"Yeah yeah. Now go."

He earns another stare from her, which he averts his gaze from as she leaves the room.

Luke looks over to me and smiles kindly, making me blush and avoid his eyes.

"Hey, my little angel."

His sweet voice calls out to me. I missed him so much...

He comes over to me, tilting up my chin, his eyes turning dark as soon as we gaze into each others eyes.

I quickly shut my eyes in fear and feel him shake his head.

"I'm sorry. I will try to control it now. Please Tiana, my little angel. Look at me."

I open my eyes and mine meet his yet again, his flickering with darkness again but then it's gone soon after. I start to feel safer around him and smile.

He smiles back and pulls me in close.

"Tiana. I was so worried about you... I'm sorry... It's all just a misunderstanding... I never wanted to harm you... Please believe me..."

He hugs me tight but also like I could break if he's not careful, his body shaking. I pull away from him, wondering if he's okay.

"L...Luke...?"

He looks at me, a tear flowing down on his cheek. He's crying... I made him cry... I hurt him...

I feel guilt building up inside me as I swipe away his tear with my thump and kiss his lips shyly.

His eyes widen at my unexpexted action and he looks at me with a flicker of darkness in his eyes.

"Tiana... I'm so sorry... will you forgive me...?"

I nod, smiling as he smiles back and pulls me into a kiss. I relax in his arms, as he deepens our kiss, making me grow weak.

He pulls away and turns around.

"Luke...? What's wrong...?"

He doesn't turn around before he speaks.

"I'm sorry. Give me just a second."

I start to feel anxious as I lower my gaze to the ground. Was the kiss bad? He didn't liked it? Before I could stop my mouth, I worded my fear to him.

"Don't you want me anymore...? Don't you like kissing me anymore...?"

He turns around, grabbing my shoulders, tilting my head up and looking in my eyes.

"No Tiana! It's not that at all! I just..."

He looks down to the ground.

"I just can't control myself around you. I don't want to make you scared. You make me go insane with desire for you. I know I scare you..."

I shake my head.

"Luke. I'm not scared of you. I'm scared of what happens to me, when I look into your dark eyes... it's creepy..."

He tilts his head apologeticly.

"I'm sorry. It's my demonic powers, I use them to make humans tell me the truth but for you... they just go completly insane. I ... I can't resist kissing your soft lips, your beautiful skin... you make me go insane. Losing the control of my powers, I draw you in too... even if you don't want... and I used that in the past... I'm sorry..."

I tilt up his chin.

"Luke... I love you. You're the only one I want to kiss, I want to touch. Nothing will change that... I just was frustrated and hurt because you were keeping secrets from me, I couldn't stand being around you, because I didn't knew if you even love me..."

He places his lips onto mine in a sweet kiss.

"Tiana. I love you so much. You have no idea how much I love you. I need you in my life. You're my pure angel, bringing out the good sites in a demon like me."

He stops for a second but then continues.

"You are mine. I told you. I will never let anyone else have you. We're connected by destiny, I knew it when I first saw you. When you confessed your feelings to me, I knew we're ment for each other."

He brushes away a tear, that escaped my eye, smiling. I smile back and lean into his kiss.
