Chapter 7- The Time I Had A Blast From The Past.

"K-kian? I stammered out, almost falling out of my seat, as I stood up.

"Long time no see!" Kian said spreading his arms open as he walked towards me. What the hell is he doing here?

His arms wrapped around me in a hug, as I stood frozen in his arms, not hugging back. The hell? Finally gathering my senses after being caught off guard. I pushed him away hard causing him to fall into his friend with the shaggy brown hair, who caught him, and pushed him up. While the brunette girl stood there with raised eyebrows.

"What the hell Aviva?" Kian asked in disbelief.

"What the hell are you doing here?'' I asked edge in my tone.

"Moved back into town." Kian said.

"You moved back to town?" I deadpan.

"Yes, aren't you happy to see me?" Kian asked, hope in his eyes.

"Ecstatic.'' I said sarcastically, and turned away.

"Av, don't be like that." Kian said grabbing my arm and spun me around to face him.

"Get the fuck off me." I said pushing him away.

"Av." He said grabbing my wrist. Who the hell does he think he is? Losing my self-control. I pushed him into the nearest wall, making him wince as he hit his back, I held him there by my forearm against his chest.

"Av, what the hell?" Kian yelled.

"Don't call me that!" I yelled, and pushed him against the wall harder.

"Aviva." I heard Lewis warn.

I let go of my grip on Kian, causing him to grasp for breath.

"What the hell is your problem?" Kian yelled.

"My problem? My problem?" I repeated in a yell. "Did you really think you could walk into my town after what happened? After four years?" I asked pointing my finger at him accusingly.

"Lucy, she wasn't-'' Kian started.

"Don't speak her name!" I yelled. "You're a fool Kian Lawley if you think I would welcome you into my town with baskets of brownies for your return.'' I said.

I turned around and grabbed my bag off the table, ignoring the guys and Becky's questioning gaze.

I turned back to look at Kian who was staring at me with a perplexed expression. I tossed him his bracelet that I snatched off his wrist when I pushed him against the wall.

He caught it skillfully, causing me to raise eyebrows at that, he couldn't catch a ball to save his life four years ago. He stared down at it, then his wrist, probably wondering how'd I get it off so fast, then he stared back at me.

"Why do you even wear that anymore?" I asked. Kian glanced down at my wrist.

"Same reason as you." He said with a sigh, as he slipped it back on.

Hope. I thought. Raising my eyebrows, I turned and walked out of the deadly silent cafeteria ignoring questioning glances. I walked out of the school building without a glance.
