Chapter 3- The Time Someone Was Bitten By A Werewolf.
"Who is she?" Lance asked as he wiped blood off her face.
"Her name's Becky. Captain of the Dance Team." Lewis said.
"Wait... she's captain of the dance team? I didn't know that." I said.
"You only met her today." Lewis pointed out, rolling his eyes.
"Whatever." I muttered then looked to Lance. "It was a werewolf, wasn't it?"
He nodded.
"What are we going to do with her?" Dan asked clearly not getting the point of the situation.
"She's a person you know!''
"Yeah, but c'mon! We're already housing a vampire. Now we got to house a werewolf too? You all know that The Council wouldn't approve of this." Lewis said.
"It's not like we can just throw her on the streets, she was just bitten. Betas can't control themselves, and it's going to be worse for her since its going to be her first time." Lance said.
"Plus I don't give a shit about The Council, plus they've gone silent according to Lance." I added.
"You're asking us to lie to The Council now?" Lewis asked.
"Didn't you all lie for Drew when you sent them that message?" I shot back.
"That was a completely different situation!" Lewis yelled.
"Right here guys. I'm right here." Drew said.
"Oh slime it Blondie! Look it's not like The Council's paying us any attention. We sent a message how we have Drew for questioning and no one showed up. Look she's only going to be here what? Two nights?"
"Fine." Lewis grumbled.
"Guys. We have a problem." Drew said looking up from his phone. Wait. When did he get a phone? Has he had it on him this whole time?
"What?" We all said at the same time. Lewis, Dan, Lance, Drew and I were all in the last spare bedroom. Lance was on a chair next to Becky who laid on the bed totally knocked out while Lance attended to her wounds and tried to get the dry blood off her.
"It's a full moon tomorrow. Less than 36 hours." Drew said.
"Oh great. This just keeps getting better and better." Dan said sarcastically leaning against the doorway.
"Do you always have to be so pessimistic?" I asked in annoyance.
"Well I'm so sorry if I don't see the bright side to this whole situation. Let's list all the stuff that's going to happen, shall we?" Dan said holding up his hands counting down. "One." He held up one finger. "She's a new beta. Two, she's going to be running around the house reckless, three, she's going to challenge all of us, four, we don't know enough about werewolves to calm her down, and five." He held up his last finger, while he was saying all of this he was moving towards me in each stride. He was no longer leaning against the doorway. He was standing directly in front of me, he said. "We can't babysit a new beta."
I stepped back, flustered. He smirked and held up his hands, and turned and walked away.
Frustrated, I punched the wall next to me hard. He's right. We can't control a new beta. We don't know that much about werewolves. I looked at my knuckles to see them bruised and bleeding. "Aviva." Lewis said with a sigh, walking towards me.
Shrugging him off, I said, "I'm fine." I stuffed my hands in my jacket that was covered in Becky's blood, walking over to the bed, I looked at Becky, and noticed something on her wrist. She had a tattoo on her wrist. The ink looked fresh, and her wrist was swollen. She must've gotten it recently, because I knew she didn't have one when I met her a few hours ago. She must've gotten it.. Wait, what if..
