Carefully unwrapping the small box, she saw a small light purple leather covered notebook with an intricate drawing of a tree in darker purple and an ametrine necklace. She gasped, fingering the notebook and smiling softly.
"Now, would the secret santa like to reveal themselves?" Hilda asked them. Daryll quietly acknowledged, "It was me." Astra just grinned before hugging him quickly, causing a look of shock to flit over his expression.
"Next, Azura." The blue-haired technician picked up her present which was teal with a white ribbon. Opening it to reveal two books, she passed a careful hand over the glossy covers. The Soul of a New Machine and Thinking in Numbers, happiness glittering in her gaze as she held the books tightly, wrapping her arms around them.
"Knew you'd like them, sis," Dexter gazed at her sister fondly.
"I-Thank you Dex! Thanks so much!"
"Anything for you, Azzy," She smiled.
"So, Daryll now." The bandit cautiously opened his present, unsure of what could be in there.
"It's not gonna bite you, Daryll," Astra laughed, seeing his reaction. The cover came off to reveal a set of dark grey wrist gloves as well as a few boxes of Earl Grey Tea and a single shard of blue ice.
