Thank you so much for all the comments on the last chapter, I almost cried after seeing how many there were! This is sort of small and unimportant, but I feel like we never see any dates or anything from Logan and Nikki, so here goes. I got bored towards the end, so sorry for any spelling errors or grammatical mistakes. Love you guys!

I was stuck, and incredibly embarrassed. I was sitting in Logan's bathroom, with three people swarming around me.

About ten minutes ago I had arrived, all sad and depressed, thinking that Logan was going to break up with my sorry ass. But instead, I nearly passed out because a man in dark clothing approached me with an object in his hand that looked a lot like a gun, and I had shrieked my lungs out.

It took two seconds of my screaming before Logan leapt into the room, onto the bed, and pulled me into his arms, hushing and soothing me. I flipped out, thinking that he was holding me down so that the other guy could kill me, and wet-noodled my way out of his grip, and to the other side of the room, where I wrenched the lamp from the nightstand and held it out in front of me, screaming at the scary man to put the gun down.

Looking back on it now, I probably should have confirmed that it was a gun before threatening to kill him with a lamp.

The man, who I now know as Gabe, was a stylist, hired by Logan and his mother to help me get ready for the award show that long had decided to take me to as a surprise date. He had been so secretive about it because he knew I hated big poofy dresses and makeup stuff.

The rest of the stylist team and Mrs.Lerman had run in to find me cowering in the corner with a lamp, screaming about how I was not afraid to hurt him and that I knew karate, which I don't.

Logan walked around the scary guy with the gun and right up to me, where he pulled me into a hug and took my lamp away at the same time.

"Shhhsh. Nik, that's Gabe, he's a stylist, here to get you ready for the award show." he hushed me soothingly, running his hands through my curls. I was so tired and scared and hopped up on adrenaline that I could probably have taken down a fucking t-rex at that point. Honestly, I wasn't feeling too good.

I looked over my (still) boyfriends shoulder, to see that not only was the guy in the doorway looking as frightened as I was, but he was also holding a black hair dryer, not a gun.

"I... I... what?" I was so tired that I just closed my eyes and hugged Logan back.

Mrs.Lerman came forward then to pull Logan off of me with a scowl.

"My son is really stupid, that's what, Nikki. Little ass says 'We need to talk' over a frickin text message. Of all the inconsiderate things!" she shouted the last part at him, and Logan looked frightened.

"Logan was just trying to get you over here so that the stylist team could make you all pretty for some award show Logan got invited to. He wanted to make it a surprise." she explained, and I fell into a sitting position on the bed in exasperation.

"You fucking moron. I probably caused seven different accidents with my crazy driving on the way over, and I think I stopped breathing at one point." I glared at Logan, and everyone in the room laughed nervously "But seeing as how you saved me from the guy with the hair-dryer-that's-not-a-gun, you're forgiven."

The guy, who looked Hispanic, muttered something under his breath that I didn't understand, and Logan scratched the back of his neck.

"Uh, okay. So we need to leave in about an hour. Happy makeuping!" he cried happily, then dragged his mother and everyone but the style team out of the room.

"Well played, Lerman, well played."

"So pretty! Oh god, amazing!" Mrs Lerman was having a field day, while I was just feeling miserable.
