Jayden and Adeline sat on the brown, rustic rocking chairs in silence. Both do their minds were filled with wonder. Adeline was the first to speak. "So, what did you want to talk to me about?" There was an awkward pause.
"I like you." Jayden bravely spoke.
Adeline smiles in joy and asks, "Good. I like you too!"
They looked deep into each others eyes with excitement and joy, then heard fireworks go off. It was time to go back and enjoy the rest of the show; but this time with more excitement then ever.
Little did they know that from that day, they started an adventure together that would never end.
Little did they know that they would date for two years. Little did Adeline know that Jayden would propose on July 4th of 2020. Little did they know that they would soon be pronounced as husband and wife on November 5th, 2021.
God works in mysterious ways. Adeline and Jayden never would have expected their stories to be told this way but God had a plan all along, He had this plan in store for them since the day they were born. They followed and trusted the Lord and were extremely blessed because of it. Can you imagine God writing this story and saying, "oh, little do they know what I have in store for them."
