~Karl's POV. A week after last chapter~

I was woken up by Nick getting out of the bed 

I smile to myself 

"Hmm" I mumbled into the pillow 

"Karl, did I wake you?" Nick asked in a whisper while walking back over to me 

"Lil bit" I say while lifting up my head

"I'm sorry, you want breakfast now that your up?" He asks while giving me a softened look 

"I don't feel hungry..." I slightly groan, not feeling well 

"Are you feeling alright?" He asks while sitting back on the bed with one leg on the bed and the other hanging off 

"I don't know, I feel a bit hot" I mentioned, Nick reaches over towards me and places the back of his hand on my forehead, then again on my cheek

"You feel a bit hot, I'll go get the thermometer for you" he says while getting off the bed and walks to the bathroom across from my bedroom 

He brings it back to me, I place it under my armpit and let it sit till it started beeping. I take it out and check the numbers which are on the thermometer 

"100.2" I say slightly worried, Nick looked at me when I said that as his eyes widened 

"Looks like your sick...I'll take care of you today, ok?" He says while taking the thermometer out of my hand and placed it on my dresser 

"But-" I start "no buts, I'll go get your medicine and some food to eat with it" Nick kisses my forehead just before he headed downstairs 

I curl up into the pillow to hid my blush, I lightly yelled into the pillow  

After a bit I tried to get out of bed but end up getting dizzy and losing my balance and falls to the floor 

"Ow" i say as I lay on the floor, I instantly heard footsteps running up the stairs 

"Karl?!" Sapnap ran into my room with very worried eyes 

"Are you alright?" He helps me up, I hold on to him while trying to catch my breath 

I just groan as a response as he picks me up bridal style and places me back onto my bed, he luckily had the meds and food in his hands when he run upstairs 

So he gave them to me, then quickly ran back downstairs to get a water bottle for me 

"Thank you" I say to him as he gets back and hands me the water bottle 

I take a few sips of the water and push the pill into my mouth 

I swallow the pill and take a few more sips of water, I cough a little bit 

"Are you cold or hot? Do you need anything?" He asks as if I'm dying 

"Nick I'm fine" I say with a little giggle, he rolls his eyes as he lays next to me 

I get comfortable with my head laying In between his shoulder and arm, he slowly rubs my arm with his thumb 

I ate a few crackers remembering taking medicine and eating was necessary 

"You want to watch anything?" Nick asks while kissing my head, I blush and only nod my head not knowing how to respond 

"What show?" He also with a little laugh from my reaction 

"I want to watch hunter x hunter" I say knowing it's Nick's favorite anime, I had never seen it and knew it would make him not so bored taking care of me 

"Really?!" He asks excitedly, I nod and look up at him with a smile. He smiles back at me and turns on the tv with the remote 

~time skip. Sapnap's POV~

It's been an hour of watching  hunter x hunter, Karl had fallen asleep within the first episode. So I turned down the volume and let it continue while I look at my phone often 

I hear Karl groan and move, he's probably waken up 

"Karl?" I ask in a soft voice just in case he was still asleep 

"Hm?" He hums meaning he's awake, I paused the show and hugged Karl's waste 

"How are you feeling?" I ask as we move into a spooning position, I kiss his neck softly 

"Eh, I'm still tired...but my stomach hurt" he says with a little whine, I start slowly rubbing him his stomach 

"You want meds for it?" I ask while still carefully rubbing his stomach 

"No, I'm just gonna sleep again, night Nick" he says while getting comfortable once again 

"Goodnight Karl" I say while kissing his shoulder 

Even though it was early afternoon I was playing on letting Karl sleep as much as he wants, sleeping was always good for people who slept 

So it didn't bother me
