Stuck together ~Karlnap~

~3rd person. Week 4 of being in 'stuck together' (see what I did there 😏)~

(Btw for everyone who has read previous chapters, I've changed some things that have to do with dates because I messed up- so when Karl and Sapnap kissed Karl asked if they could talk about it the day after. But I'm now changing it to him just asking if they could talk about it later)

Karl has almost recovered within the week of time, Sapnap made sure to take care of him of course 

They still haven't talked to each other about...feelings or whatever 

But within the week of Karl not being able to work very much, had plenty of time to think and figure things out for himself 

While Sapnap knew exactly how he felt, it grew just over the week. The two would do things that made them seem together already, but in fact they weren't officially anything 

Karl decided that he was finally going to tell Sapnap how he feels and get things figured out

Right now they are both sitting at the couch watching the latest video from Dream's channel, which was with George like always 

Sapnap looking Intensely at the screen with his arm fell over Karl's shoulder and the back of the couch, while Karl was slightly fidgeting with his fingers nervously 

Although the video was playing, Karl's head was faced mostly down and not focused at the tv at all 

Karl's mind of filled with overthinking thoughts, filled with thoughts he usually never thinks. His heart beating to what seemed faster then lighting, he didn't know why he was so nervous. 

He's always been comfortable with Sapnap, he doesn't understand why it's so different now. 

"Karl? You alright?" Sapnap noticed Karl wasn't paying attention to the tv when he called for him a bit ago 

"Hm?" Karl looks up at Sapnap with unfazed eyes 

"You alright? You were really spaced out there" Sapnap gives a small chuckle, while also rubbing his thumb on Karl's shoulder to comfort him 

"Uh- I've just been thinking a lot" Karl giggles to try and find it 

"You want to talk about it?" Sapnap asks while reaching for the remote and pausing the tv, he placed the remote on the coffee table in front of them and turned back towards Karl and softly smiled 

"I'm all ears...?" Sapnap says to try and help Karl's mood change, which slightly works as Karl giggles a bit 

Karl nods in agreement, but starts to lean forward and lay his head against Sapnap's warm chest. Sapnap leans back into the arm of the couch and adds a decorative pillows to behind his head and lays with Karl laying his head and hand on his chest 

Their legs mixed within each other, one of Karl's hand on Sapnap's side laying still. While his other hand sits on Sapnap's chest palm laying flat, and his ear listening to his soft but quick heart beat 

One of Sapnap's hands landed on Karl's back so that he can rub it for comfort, and the other plays with Karl's soft curly hair 

"Talk when you feel you need to" Sapnap states quietly leaving the room to mostly silence, while Karl lay there still listening to Sapnap's heart beat 

Karl wanted to speak, he wanted to say so many things. But yet he didn't know how to put these thoughts and feelings into words 

"I-I don't know how to say this" Karl starts, while keeping his head down "I like you Nick...like a lot, I- uh I don't know how to word this very well" he lets out a small laugh 

"I just- my heart seems to race every time you do something for me, and when you look at me...I get these butterflies in my stomach that make me feel all happy inside-" Karl stops to catch his breath and thoughts 

"I want to say... that I love you, but I don't even know if that's what it is or not" Karl let's out a breath before looking up to see Sapnap eye to eye 

Sapnap's eyes are widened while slightly watery, his face covered with a pink color, Karl smiles to himself knowing that its a good thing 

Sapnap blinks and moves his hand from Karl's hair and to under his chin, he rubs his hand over to his check and cups it softly 

"I love you to Karl" he laughs softly while pulling a overly happy Karl into a soft kiss 

Karl leans just a little out of it giggling while letting water slowly drip out of his blue eyes, Sapnap follows Karl actions and starts a little giggle as they place their foreheads together, as Sapnap's hands hold Karl's face and Karl's hands holding his neck 

The two sat comfortably there together, not needing to say much more. They knew who each other felt, and that's a good thing
