1. Tell us a little about yourself. How long have you been on Wattpad? Any hobbies? Etc.

heyyy I'm Kai (my internet
name lolsies). I'm 17 &&&&
yeah. I've been on Wattpad
way before i rejoined. Back in
elementary-middle school I had
an account where I wrote a book
about this youtuber Aphmau
& her series LMDAOO. But my
return was in January.
Outside of this, my hobbies are
writing poetry, making playlists,
and going to work (if that even
counts)

2. Favorite anime/animes?

my top 5 (not in any order) are
death note, attack on titan, the
great pretender, hunter x hunter,
and ouran host club.

3. What's been your most favorite thing on this journey?

my favorite thing is definitely
just being able to write freely
and people actually messing
with it. for the longest, i was self
conscious about my work but
now i have more confidence.

4. What's been your least favorite thing on this journey?

my least favorite are the
wanna be social justice warriors
on x black readers, specifically.
like we put all this effort in to
write and the people we wrote
are the ones tearing it down ?
on one of my books (i took it
down) people tried to clock me
for saying certain words and
went as far as to question my
blackness..like chile I'm literally
a local activist LMFAO.

5. In your Connie fanfic 'Super Star' you label your chapters with great songs. Have you ever looked back at a chapter and think that maybe you should have chosen a different song?

yesss for the "doing it wrong"
chapter, I wished I would've
used love in the dark by Adele.
but I find myself always being
torn between two songs and
regretting picking one

6. How exactly did you come up with your writing style?

For superstar, I honestly just was listening to music that would go with each chapter and wanted y'all to experience that with me. but as for everything else, i write based off of life experiences. Every supporting character is a piece of me and my

Life. Everything is based on my experience growing up in lower privileged areas & even my experience moving to a more privileged area.

7. Do you have a comfort food, if so, what is it?

yesss & it's birria tacos primarily because it reminds me of the first chapter of one of my books (iykyk)

8. How long do you plan to stay on Wattpad? Is it still going well for you, or do you think it's dying down?

I plan to stay on here as long as I have plots and ideas. It's still going fairly well for me but I do notice that things like comments have slowed up which is fine. if any of the people who used to comment heavy see this, i miss you pls spin back<3

9. Any tips for upcoming authors?

DO YOU BRUH. Literally fuck what everyone else says. Write for you, always but be open to constructive criticism, yk? I'm here if u ever need help.
